Ducks have a slender neck and fat bodies when not in flight, and are even further stretched out when in flight. The hat and goggles are clearly a cop-out for not working on proper shading and proportions of the eyes. Like Ted said, put it down for a bit, give yourself some time to think. Try sketching it out first, use images for reference, then scan it and trace in Illustrator.I have plenty of resource images if you need, but there are tons out there on Google, deviantART, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
