San Jose Sharks Alternate Concept

Just something simple. The only logo of the new set that I really like is the fin shoulder logo, so I used that as the crest and went back to the older shark version for the shoulders. Also, no orange will appear. The San Jose Sharks I know and love only have one occurrence of orange, and that's on the stick in the logo. Anyway, here it is:

I like it but I dont know if that logo is strong enough for a primary. Maybe if you add a wordmark it will look stronger

interesting way to harken back to the old days of teal, grey and white. I like the idea but I'm not too sure about the execution. It feels as though something is missing, but I can't put my finger on it...

It's a solid concept. But i think the "Ocean Blue" would pop more if it were the current "Sharks Teal"

Unless my eyes are deceiving me today and that is the current Teal. And in that case, disregard everything i just said.
