I thought a good concept to start off with would be fixes to the 2012 Winter Classic jerseys. I think the Flyers and Rangers threads both look great, but there still is room for improvement. For some reason so many people have trouble with that (I'm just saying that as an observation, not as an insult). Nobody cares about your humungous-big signature.
