Viper Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 OldNew(just posted on the team's Facebook page today)As you can see, they're still using the Simpsons' "Fighting Hellfish" but have enhanced it a bit, and have added a sweet new wordmark to go with it.Alas, they say they will continue to use their old unis with the old logo for now, but supposedly everything else Dragonfish-related will sport the new look.You know what to do... If it was smaller, yeah, but not really when that big. I say use one of the O's from the above two wordmarks, and put the Hellfish below it. But still, the logo is a vast improvement, and the wordmark is sharp. Very nice. Go Gators. Go Blue Raiders. Go Commodores. Go USC Trojans.Preds & Avs. Braves, Rays, & Dodgers. Viper Posted March 9, 2012 Author Share Posted March 9, 2012 What is the MILA?The Midwest Indoor Lacrosse Association, a semi-pro league that started up last year and whose mostly derivative team logos have been subject to lots of bashing in these forums.BTW the MILA just announced a 2012 expansion team in Minnesota, their first foray into NLL territory.
