-Sublimated alligator teeth in the stripes of the yolk on all jerseys.

The overall idea is pretty good, but just a few critiques/suggestions for you:

1) The crest seems ginormous.

2) The numbers on the blue and green jerseys would probably be hard to read. Consider making them both silver?

3) In hockey, generally the breezers and helmets match each other for any coloured jerseys. I really think you could stick with blue breezers on all three jerseys, because the blue jersey has enough green in it for the full uniform to not seem like blue overkill.

4) In line with the above comment, white/light-coloured jerseys generally have helmets that match the colour of the jerseys. A silver helmet could look really good here.

I'd like to see these posted a little bigger so I can make out some of the details, like the sublimated alligator teeth. Also, I think silver numbers would look better on both the blue and green jerseys, as they would have more contrast with the base colour and be easier to read.
