JCRGraphix Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 I've been hired by the Wellington Dukes of the Ontario Junior Hockey League to design the yearly logo for the Dudley-Hewitt Cup, which they will be hosting this year. Here's my rough draft. Keep in mind that it is a rough draft! Any comments and criticisms would be welcome so that I can give them a well-polished product. OliverP Posted July 14, 2013 Share Posted July 14, 2013 Those shadows on the dudley hewitt lettering looks unnecessary, and I would give more space on the top for the ''central canada junior a championship'' text, just so it doesn't look cluttered. Clean up the lines a little bit (like the line next to the hewitt).Overall it looks good, you'll have a nice finished product. nas1787 Posted July 15, 2013 Share Posted July 15, 2013 The word 'cup' needs to be made smaller and moved down a bit to centre it in that space. The oval at the bootom is also overly cluttered.
