When I saw it though, the first thing I thought of was the fact that Virginia's logo also features a rearing horse. theSLVRBCK Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 I've seen some chatter, not sure how serious it was, about a chunk of land over on the southbank across from Everbank Field that could house a facility. One of the twitter people I follow even went so far as to photoshop existing NASL and MSL facilities on top of a google map view of the plot to see how it would fit.There is also that chunk of river front that Khan purchased earlier this year? I know the city has hopes that when a final stadium is built for the NASL team, that it will draw a few more attractions to it that are currently bypassing Jacksonville for places like the St. Augustine Amphitheater.
