The Buccaneers are a big shambling mess that falls ass over applecart into success in spite of itself
Sounds like a certain Barstool employee we know.

Poor Arthur Smith. Now all he has is all of his daddy’s FedEx money to fall back on. What a stupid hire that was.

If the Niners don’t waltz their way to the Super Bowl, they’re cursed. The rest of these teams in the NFC are bum:censored:s.

Oh, 100%. Barring a Super Bowl run, Bowles needs to be sent packing.
Tough thing is though I do have some good feels for their current OC. He’s done a decent amount at times, but needs to be more consistent. Not sure if that’s a him problem, or a Baker problem. The answer is probably yes.

Damn maybe my Bucs do have a shot next weekend.

Welp. At least I get to watch my Bucs on TV next weekend

Well the Panthers used to be competitive. They just have a dipsh!t owner now.
They’re gonna beat Tampa tomorrow. -

Miami lost a game that basically blew their entire season doing that same dumb :censored:. You would think coaches would learn.

Being in a bar full of Nebraska fans when they added one second back on the clock for Texas was a case of collective PTSD lol
Anyways, great final matchup for the four team playoff.
The first and the last CFP have been the only ones without an SEC team or a Southern team in general. Pretty rare stuff, fingers crossed we see more of that with 12.
Not only that, we’re bookended by rivals. That’s a funny coincidence.- 3

Well, I'm sure the ratings were great so I guess the playoff committee won there.
Completely bailed out. They got two very good games, and ultimately got the two undefeated teams in the title game. Now they won’t have people (including me) whining excessively about the final two. -
Insane day of football. Incredible games, and the two teams that jumped FSU are gonzo so that should quiet that whole thing a bit.
I think Michigan runs away with it next Monday, but Washington is very solid, has one of the best QBs in the country, and seems to have a Golden horseshoe shoved up their asses so who knows? I’ll for sure be pulling for U Dub so the PAC 12 wins the title in its final season.

No, I'll gladly admit to it and I'm not the only person who has similar feelings regarding Liberty. Check out discussions involving Liberty on r/CFB and you'll see Virginia fans saying they'd root for Virginia Tech over Liberty, Michigan fans saying they'd root for Ohio State over Liberty, Florida fans saying they'd root for Florida State over Liberty, etc. etc.
The whole thing goes well beyond football, but we’re not really supposed to get into all of that here anymore. Let’s just say I agree with you.
Texas looks cooked, and like they have absolutely no idea what Penix is doing. Lots of people were big mad about Bama getting into the playoffs, but Texas is the one that really bugged me. I don’t see how the Big 12 was so much better than the ACC to justify that. They’re obviously the weakest of these four, and them getting worked tonight just makes the whole FSU fiasco look even more like a shameless ratings grab.
Of course :censored:ing Bama caused all of this by losing to the horns and beating Georgia. I would really love to see them catch a postseason ban for a few seasons. Give us all a break.

Washington looks like the superior team, but between the muffed punt and the 4th and 1, it feels like they gifted Texas 14 points.
Yeah if Washington can clean up the mistakes they’ll be in pretty good shape. I don’t really see either of these teams putting up much of a fight vs Michigan, but I think Washington would definitely have a better shot. -
Very… Interesting final play call there from Alabama. Oh well. :censored: them.

why is it greasy?
Philly fans are so crazy that the cops have to grease up all the stoplights and light poles to prevent those psychos from climbing them any time they’re close to a championship.
I heard someone say something the other day that I thought was funny and accurate about Philly fans. They’re the type of people who punch police horses when they’re happy.

Las Vegas might be stupid enough to take a gamble on Fields for a 3rd. Beyond them? A 4th for Lance was reaching so a 4th for Fields sounds about right.
I could see the Bucs doing that if Baker splits, too.- 1

Probably a solid investment, too. I can’t imagine there are too many of those floating around, and people LOVE that obscure sports league stuff.

I loved the old UFL in 2009. Four teams sharing the same colors, and those colors were in the logo. Cohesive. California Redwoods was a great name.
They moved to Sacramento the next year and the ownership group who ran them (they changed to the Sac Mountain Lions) ended up founding Sac Republic of the USL.- 1

USFL and XFL were probably the two biggest brands in spring football, so naturally they borrowed the name of that short-lived league where everyone shared the same colors.
I think @RichardWitham has an authentic SF Redwoods jersey- 3

Two things:
1.) I think people are being too quick to crown the Ravens. They look like world beaters right now, but I’ve got a hunch they’re gonna catch an early stray and that’ll be it.
2.) We gave him :censored: all season for being melodramatic, but @BBTVwas right about the Eagles. Frauds.

Haha oh cool the Bucs just laid an egg against the Saints, now have to beat the Panthers in the final game to get into the playoffs. I’m not worried about them blowing that one at all. Nope, no siree, not worried one tiny little bit!
I hate this team

Ehh, it’s the Lions. They just won the division for the first time in three decades, and a win would’ve pulled them tied for the top spot. They’re playing with house money at this point. You kinda have to go for it there.
Probably not a smart decision, but I totally get it.

This concept with a pair of black pants and red socks would be
Bengals have that look and it’s awesome. Mono is usually better with contrasting helmets that match the socks.
As for the Lions, they mainly need to just ditch that grey and bring back white. The grey makes the blue look dingy, while the white makes it look bright and fresh. They need to play up the sparkle in the silver, not hide it behind grey. They’ve said more traditional (I think), so I’m hopeful it’s just a revive of an older set like we saw with Cleveland and Tampa. I think teams saw that, see how good it looks, and now realize they can actually do that, too. I’m hoping that becomes a trend.
