  1. But from what I heard, it won't be much of a change from gray as they will be silver/chrome. Can you say that is accurate?
  2. There has only been two chrome helmets in my opinion that have been perfection and they both come from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. WKU: Kentucky:
  3. I know you'd love that! When I first seen the double stripe on the pants, I immediately thought about those uniforms. To be honest, I am stoked the pants have stripes...I was scared if they ever changed they would've went plain.
  4. I really wish the 49ers still wore this uniform! I loved the red facemask!
  5. Why would the Cowboys bring out the red stripe for the playoffs? Did they get permission from the NFL to wear this alternate look?
  6. I love the red jersey and I believe you'd like it better if they actually wore it more. But it also could be the fact that Nike version is missing the sheen that the Reebok set had.
  7. I believe the Houston Roughnecks uniform was a slap in the face to the NFL. After the lawsuit over the Oil Rig logo in 2020, it's like the new league owners said okay, we won't look like the Oilers, but we will be more Texan than the Texans. Considering they are using the same colors as the Texans and what is more Texan than the Texas Flag? Nothing, that is why it is on the helmet. But to slap the NFL even more, they are using the old Houston Oilers colors on the Arlington Renegades away uniform. I don't care for the Houston or Arlington uniforms, but I think it is hilarious that they are making fun of the NFL in plain sight.
  8. The Houston Roughnecks helmet is awful...it reminded me of the Jacksonville Jaguars two-toned helmet when I first seen it. I am not a fan of the Vipers either as it is very plain.
  9. Yesterday, the New England Patriots posted on Twitter the Patriot Pat helmet with a red facemask. But then they deleted the post. I wonder if someone let the cat out of the bag too early and they were hoping to surprise the fans on Thursday night.
  10. It looks like two birds having sex:
  11. Ball State at Kent State was played last night and it may be the ugliest matchup for the week:
  12. We did a survey on my Facebook page as the community voted the Houston Roughnecks as the best logo for 2023. They also voted the Roughnecks #1 in 2020. Here were the results for this year, the closer to 10.00, the better the score: Houston Roughnecks 7.03 St. Louis Battlehawks 6.97 Arlington Renegades 6.22 DC Defenders 6.10 San Antonio Brahmas 6.03 Seattle Sea Dragons 5.85 Orlando Guardians 5.30 Las Vegas Vipers 4.93
  13. I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I like the Blue/Blue for the Bills. I just wish they wouldn't wear it so much, maybe 3 times a year tops. It is one of the better monochrome looks in the NFL thanks to the beautiful stripes on the jersey and pants. Now if it were solid blue like what the Saints (all-white & all-black) have without stripes it would be awful. What I'd love to see them wear is Red/White, Blue/Over, or White/Red on the road. I played with those combination in Madden and love them.
  14. This is will also be the first time since the 2020 season in Weeks 12 & 14 (Week 13: Bye Week) that the team has worn Red/Pewter in back to back games.
  15. To each their own! I prefer the numbers instead of logos and you disagree. That is the beauty of uniforms. As far as logic, for years, the TV numbers made it easier for fans and broadcasters to identify the players when they're facing off at the line of scrimmage, or whenever they're not facing directly toward or away from the camera. I still agree today that TV numbers help me identify players on my TV and that is the primary reason I like them. I already know they are a Patriot player because I am watching the game, but I may not be able to see the player actually is if I can't see his number.
  16. The logo is already on the helmets and doesn't need to be right below them. Besides that, TV numbers have been part of the NFL jersey for several years, but they've went away with some teams recently. That is trend that I hope ends soon.
  17. I'd love to see Flying Elvis removed from the arms and replaced with TV numbers like in the home version on the left.
  18. I am beyond thrilled that the silver pants are back. This is all the team needs to do in the future to have an amazing uniform set: Home: Away: Alt:
  19. Hands down, the best matchup in Week 7 was LSU at Florida: The worst matchup for me was Oklahoma State at TCU:
  20. The Mavericks made the change last season. The last Admirals change I could find was in 2017, but that image above is definitely newer than what was introduced in 2017.
