It sucks that Florida State got screwed but I can't lie, I'm looking forward to Alabama curb stomping Michigan.

The committee is going to screw Florida State.

Let's be honest here. If record, stats, wins are the exact same as Alabama's, but the name on the front of the jersey was "Missouri" or "Kentucky", this wouldn't even be a discussion.
That works both ways. If records, stats, and wins are the exact same as Florida State's, but the name on the front of the jersey was NC State or Syracuse, this wouldn't even be a discussion. Alabama would be in. The committee leaves "pedigree" out its criteria, but we all know it matters.

Look at the bright side, kids. This is the last year we have to deal with this nonsense. The debate next season will be over who is getting screwed out of the #12 spot. And that debate will be every bit as ridiculous as the debate over four teams so there's that, I guess.

Alabama needs Michigan or Florida State to lose. The committee snubbing an unbeaten P5 team or a one-loss team with a massive head-to-head win over another one-loss team is beyond unprecedented.
Everything is unprecedented until it happens. Florida State is currently providing the committee the perfect excuse to put Alabama in. The committee: "After a rigorous debate, we simply didn't feel that Florida State is one of the four best teams in the country." It's that easy.

If Michigan somehow manages to lose today, UW will be the #1 seed and I won't be able to believe it.
If wishing made it so.

If it comes down to Texas or Alabama, the committee will
Texas and give Alabama the #4 seed because an SEC free playoff is against the law or something.

I’d argue, if anything, the backlash to this article might’ve put that question to bed for the next decade at least.
Maybe white people will drop their obsession with the cosmetic stuff and focus on the more pressing issues in the Native American community now. Who am I kidding? To do that would require more than the occasional outrage posts here and on social media - BBTV being the noted exception.

It was in bad taste long before that. Mob mentality is rarely a good look.

Just wanna make sure everyone who hates Thursday night games, and says they're terrible and unsafe, aren't watching TNF.
Try to keep up, Van Smack.

Neither of them playing on a short week certainly seems to be helping.

Yeah, I've seen articles from players talking about how they don't have time to recover from a Sunday game before TNF, so their bodies aren't ready for the game, which contributes to the sloppiness.

Again: no Thursday games without preceding bye weeks. Especially Thanksgiving.

Also, it’s a five year old or at the very least, a young boy who can’t be older than 10. Shouldn’t kids get a little slack before their life gets screwed up permanently?
Depends on who you ask.

How is a Native American kid wearing Native American garb not in good taste?

KC's had those rules for a few years now and I don't recall any shots of headdresses or redblackface in Arrowhead since. That kid was at a game in LV, where's the Raiders' statement?
Is there really a need for the Raiders to make a statement on a five year old Native American kid wearing a headdress at a football game? If NA people aren't allowed to wear them then who is?

This photo further emphasizes the conversation to be desperately had about the Kansas City Football Team.
According to his mom, the kid is part Native American.
Can I get a white people ruling on us breeds wearing Native American garb? Relax, I'm just kidding around.

Why are we discussing ThE gAmE in here?
Also, nobody outside MI/OH cares. Just like how nobody outside Carolina cares about Duke vs UNC.
How about we let the mod squad do the moderating, Van Smack?
