    I feel like this one evokes the Ohio Flag better, with the Buckeye behind it. Just wondering if the eagle looks too much like St. Louis?

    Remember he said he saw the helmet WITHOUT a sticker. That still fits in with the colors that didn't turn out. Take it easy.

    Wonder if it was like the DBacks redesigning to brick and turquoise and then getting cold feet and leaving it behind. Now they're wearing that combo, however.

    Funny to note: The league supposedly dropped the Bandits and recolored the Showboats to avoid so much red. But with the Maulers recoloring, there sure is a lot of athletic gold now!

    Call me crazy, but I kinda like it.

    Maybe what's been called maroon and orange is actually maroon and copper, which always seems to be portrayed as burnt orange in fabrics.

    A lot of teams did clear shells with decal and paint on the inside. In fact, almost any pic of Roger Staubach will show a clear shell.

    Silver helmet with the red and silver Cardinals logo - like the suitcase with the logo on it.

    In a way, if you squint, that seems to confirm the Desert Cardinals rumor (I don't mean a renaming, just the palette and logo).

    A lot are like that. Not everybody wants to/can spend $300+ on an authentic.

    We've all seen inaccurate NFL jerseys on the backs of hundreds of people. It's not a big deal to 99% of the world - just us!
