I am not a fan of this look, at all. NOT PARTICULARLY NINJA EDIT: I don't think stirrups in baseball are as awesome as many others do. Long pants are still stupid though. To me the ideal look is a plain long sock.

Legitimate question: Why not let the big schools in football have power conferences FOR FOOTBALL, whilst maintaining regional & historic rivalries for olympic sports? Because it can't be advantageous for, well anyone, to have to send, say, the womens water polo team halfway across the country just to play a conference game.

Nonsense. "San Francisco" has more characters, and everyone seems to like their road jersey. Well, at least before they added the pinstripes. IMO San Francisco still looks a bit squeezed, but it works better because it's arched, and is two words. Just one long, straight 'Philadelphia' across the front doesn't work.

It's big, it's obnoxious & it could kinda use a bit more green instead of so much silver; it's like a perfect metaphor for Oregon football.

Others have said basically the same thing much fuller & more eloquently than I could, but here's my basic pair of Lincolns on the matter: - A city being allowed to cut public services & bump itself to one of the highest tax rates in the nation in order to subsidise a sports team is stupid. - The fact that this supposed deal that has been agreed relies upon continued subsidies from the city is frankly ridiculous. - The fact that all this effort is being put in to save a team who have NEVER turned a profit, and until this year hadn't ever won a playoff series either is just mind blowing. - This is Gary Bettman's NHL and he will deep in the cold, dead ground before he recognises that his Arizona Hockey ExperimentTM has failed. - IF, & that is one enormous if, they manage to find someone rich/dumb enough to put together a deal which allows the Coyotes to stay in Glendale based on private money & no subsidies, good on them, this isn't a rant about Southern hockey

Oh the Coyotes definitely SHOULD leave, I'm just saying it would not surprise me if they pull a fast one with some other team who are sort of a little bit in trouble. At the end of the day Quebec City don't care which team they get they just want someone.

Considering the way things have gone over the last few years it would absolutely not surprise me if this somehow drags itself out further and we see another team sacrificed on the Altar of Bettman's Ego. I mean this time last year everyone pretty much assumed that the Coyotes were on their way back to Winnipeg, and then suddenly it was the Thrashers' going up there instead.

piratesfan, now you've posted that adjusted Broncos logo I can't help but notice another face in it, not the intended one or your one. The 'sweeping' shape near the top centre-right of the logo is the eye, the big gap (where you cut the head out of the original) is the mouth, and the face of the intended logo is coming out like a big tooth. I've now seen it and can't unsee it, still not really your interpretation of the face though

Not sure exactly how unpopular as such this is, but as a Panthers fan I'm going to really miss the current look when Nike go wild on us for next season. Obviously slightly biased opinion but I really think it's a damn fine look, bordering on modern classic status. Plus it'll be sad as I'm pretty sure it's the only remaining 90's expansion look in any of the 4 major sports, which I'm weirdly proud of the fact we maintained
