For some reason, I prefer this throwback for the Packers. I don't know, it has a classic vibe to it and it's visually different from their normal dark green and athletic gold colors.

I said the same thing about the New York Jets Namath-era uniforms on the Nike cut. Both the Rams and Jets would of benefit better with a modern take on it, but now with the Jets going back to the 1978-1989 Gastineau look make me happy because it does not look bad on the new uniform cuts. The Rams just need to stop the gimmicky gradients and the sectioned horns and they would look decent. The bone colored jerseys can work if the helmet and blue colors was navy blue without the highlighter yellow and given just a navy and bone look for an alternate look while the horns on the navy helmet is bone. I would of went in that direction instead.

Or they can go this route like these several concept here (minus the St. Louis colors they have on this),

I guess I am in the minority and I prefer the white helmets with the 1946 look which makes it better. I never was a fan of Cleveland's orange helmet look with all white. It was ok until it gets tiring to look at and you want the orange pants to match the orange helmets. I just never was a fan much less a fan of putting the 1953 helmets with the 1946 jerseys.

The highlighter yellow pants again. Errrr. It looks somewhat golden now, but geez. Also, their 1973-1999 classic uniforms were better. I wish they modernized those instead of going into a gradient direction.

If the Rams would of kept their sleeve horns into their new uniforms, then we would of have a horny set of uniforms.

The all-red alt is a great indication of that!

That is my biggest problem. They should have went away from navy blue and go with the academy blue look. But I guess they never wanted to make it a default which bothers me. The sock combo, we need orange and blue. The white leggings did make the presentation looks pretty bad.

Oops, not 1977, 1976

I looked on GUD and you are correct. So yes, 1977. I guess with the Seahawks 1983-2001 throwbacks, they are aiming at the 1992 versions. @ruttep I do not think the Broncos jerseys and helmet is bad. The problem is the stripe in the back of the helmet and then the pants stripes need to lose the 5280 stuff. But nothing to bad. I am just worried about the Texans look.

This is just like how they stated the Seattle Seahawks throwbacks were the 1990's look and now they call this their 1977 uniforms when they have worn that look from 1968-1996. Gee whiz already. These "scholars" have never done historical research!

The 1968-1996 throwbacks are special occasion. They did say that the academy blue and orange is their third helmet and 4th jerseys. They are not bad until you look at the side of the pants. That's when you just want to cry and tear the pants up.

I suggest they should of used the white bronco. I guess Denver is trying to move away from using a white bronco to match their mascot thanks to a certain individual.

Purple and silver are not utilized at all in the NFL. I like to see more of this combo one day. I can see this being more an alternate uniform instead of an everyday thing. Reason why I am happy the Cleveland Browns 1946 uniforms with the white helmet with the brown/orange/brown center stripes on the helmet became my favorite combo. Also now, Detroit Lion's blue helmets, black jersey, and blue pants are my favorite now because Detroit did something the Carolina Panthers should of did back in 2012, but oh well.

Oh god. Can't wait for the nightmare that is The Denver Broncos uniforms with a messy situation involved in it.

What would of make it better is if they started that type of stripes from the front, but hey, they were trying to be creative with them. I liked them. BUT, I am afraid of what they have planned. Jaguars just look so plain without the proper stripes. I am glad they never tried to force mustard gold into the uniforms, but at least add some teal and black somewhere to balance it out.

Or should I say the biggest downgrade since the Falcons and Rams 2020 hot mess!

RE: This is going to be another Cleveland Browns vs Cincinnati Bengals feud. The nearly identical colors, same conference, same division, playing twice a year, and also having a deep-rooted history (with the Browns and the Bengals it is Paul Brown; with the Titans and Texans it is the City of Houston).

You are right. The Panthers should of been this look. But why would they continue to keep the silver helmets is beyond me.
