Not sure if anyone else is seeing this, or if it's just my imagination, but does that number on the jersey appear to be rounded and not the normal block font? It almost looks like the Vikings' numbers (the ones without serifs). Like they're trying to bring the numbers inline with their word mark. Maybe I'm just looking too much into it and it's purely the angle combined with being out of focus.

The Jaguar would have to be walking backwards for that to be the case
In fairness (not that I like Nike speak, because I hate it and it's dumb), I think they said it was more "a Jaguar walking through the shadows".

Hoping the other teams look just as good. That's a cool concept that works well for the Bengals.

Seeing MNUFC in person tonight, I love that kit under the lights. Very vibrant.

Of all the teams that badly need rebrands, the Lions, whose fairly recent rebrand was perfectly fine, are one of the only teams in the discussion?
How many more years do we need to look at these Arizona and Denver atrocities?
Denver is not an atrocity (unless they go white over blue, that's the only way).

Minnesota looks to be black over white? They showed black jerseys on Twitter, but in warmups they have white shorts/socks.

I just really hate how the Northern Lights design terminates, feels too abrupt and too high up the shirt. I frankly don’t think the white is necessary at all; the design could be moved down or stretched out so the black is near the hem and the rest of the shirt is the blue and pink. In that case the kit could have black shorts and light blue socks and it would look 100x better IMO.
This is their secondary kit, though. Their primary kit is already all black.

I like that new Loons kit. Yeah it’s not perfect, but but I like that the color isn’t overwhelming. I think it’ll look great under the lights at Allianz.

Honestly both are crap. Those numbers in the bottom one aren't legible. The top photo is a bad attempt to try to have stripes while adhering to the MLS rule. Having the back a solid color is an easy rule to enforce to ensure numbers are always legible.

This tease actually makes me really nervous now.

Wow, no kidding.
I'm all for the sentiment, but they're basically just saying "we're opposed to bad things." Not really going out on a limb there.

"Hey guys, do you think the Chiefs are gonna wear red or white pants?"
"GAHHH I HATE DEM WHITE SOCKS RUINING MY LIFE!!!1"
Oh yes, so interesting.
"Teams that wear white have win the most Super Bowls. YOU HAVE TO WEAR WHITE TO WIN!"
"This team lost last week in all white. They can't wear all white again because they lost! It's cursed!"Yeah, give me sock talk.

Ya ya, we get all that. But for folks to constantly bring up how they hate how socks are worn in 2023 when it's not even on-topic, it gets tired after the 10000000th time.
Give me sock talk over the superstition bullcrap. At least the sock talk is interesting and based in reality.

I think the Chiefs should go all icy white with white end zones. Maybe even introduce an alternate white helmet?
And then the Eagles should go all black with black endzones
All jokes aside, I would be quite shocked if the Chiefs wore white pants. Teams pretty much never wear any sort of alternate combination for the Super Bowl aside from those Rams games when the throwback was clearly the better look and the league gave them approval.
That wasn't an alternate or throwback. That was their actual official home uniform that year. No need to get league approval.

I don't know man...I really think San Fran throws a big bag at him to play a year. Homecoming, stacked team, etc. I bet they cut Garop, trade Lance and hang onto Purdy as the backup.
Garop is a FA

Well duh, that's what happens once you have no healthy QB. Things get hard. The refs didn't need to do anything to guarantee the Eagles win once Johnson came in (and then got hurt).

Bad officiating in a conference championship? What a surprise! I remind you of this:
That obvious, admitted, botched no-call literally decided the game.
1:45 left. Would have been 1st and goal for the Saints, and L.A. had only one time out.
Three straight knees (or safe time consuming plays), kick the chip shot field goal with a modicum of seconds left; game over. But the Rams had just moved back to L.A. and the league needed a splash for them, so...
Considering what they did to get their first Super Bowl, they deserve all the bad calls in the world.
