I'm really hoping that they are just throwing some smoke screens at us, but I honestly question if they are smart enough to pull if off? They bungle everything they touch. Being a fan of this franchise, the single thing we had going for us was solid looking unis. Now, that seemingly will be going out the window.

When looking at the helmets in the video, it looks like Rivera is holding a burgundy helmet with a black mask, then Martin Mayhew is holding a burgundy helmet with a burgundy mask. It could be lighting or clips from when they were looking at prototypes. Anyway, I can speculate until I'm blue in the face. It's probably best to just wait and see on 2/2.

I thought it was an asymmetrical stripe at first too, but the half of the stripe that appears white, is just glare. It's a solid gold stripe.

If this comes to fruition, I will be very disappointed. Especially with the white, away set. The lack of gold on the jersey would make it tough to mix and match with burgundy pants. Anyway, thanks for putting this visual together man.

I'm not overjoyed with Admirals, but I like it much more than Commanders.

I’d like to see the new name start with R, but not Redtails or Redwolves. I’ve always thought the name Roughriders with maybe some sort of Teddy Roosevelt motif would be cool, but I don’t think that would fly with the CFL team of the same name. Plus, the name would not be original. I’m actually more concerned that the rebrand will come with some sort of new uniform abomination. I love the team’s unis (with the addition of gold pants) and would hate to see them stray away too far from the current look.

The point he was trying to make is that he believes the fan base would be more willing to accept WFT/No name versus a new team name that’ll always be compared to the old name. If they can’t have “(Washington Football Team)”, WFT/No name would be an easier pill to swallow. At least that is what I got from it.

The idea of just sticking with Washington Football Team full time has grown on me as well. I was listening to Tony Kornheiser’s show recently and I thought he had a good point in saying that no matter what name the team lands on, Redtails, Redwolves, whatever, it’ll never satisfy the fan base. The new name will always be compared to the old name, so just stick with WFT.

There have been some WFT photoshopped helmet concepts floating around Twitter... As a WFT fan, I generally like our unis, but they feel incomplete without helmet stripes. I'm hoping to see at least a single gold stripe down the middle of the helmets next season.

I like the addition of red on your Jets concept. It kind of gives it a throwback NJ Devils vibe.

I don't know if I like the bronze/silver color at first glance, but I could see it growing on me. I really love the red pants though. I wish the Texans would utilize their reds more. Good work as always!

I would be curious as to what the Jags design would look like with a solid mustard/yellow colored helmet. good work with the black lid though!

I really like the Broncos set with the blue helmets. Add some orange away pants and it gets my 100% stamp of approval. Terrific work as always.

It's amazing how much better the Lions look without the black trim. The blue pants look mighty fine too. Great work once again!

Seeing responses like this really pisses me off. Someone actually called out the guy that took credit for my work on Twitter and he just said posting a pic is not claiming it as his. Then the same person resonded with a link to the google cached article where he claimed the work as his. Not even man enough to say, "Whoops, you got me. It was a lie that just snowballed. Sorry.". It's one thing to take credit, but it's just as bad or worse to try and justify it or flat out lie after you've already been caught.

What a little s**t. He just needs to call it a day and shut the hell up.

Earlier this week, the Washington Redskins posted a pic of my Man Cave on their Facebook page. They apparently pulled the pic from my website. (http://stevebcreations.com/redskins-man-cave/) This morning I discovered that there was article about the man behind the Man Cave on the team's official website. Someone else totally took credit for my work. I've since spoke to the writer of the article and he has pulled down both the Facebook post and the article on the guy claiming my Man Cave as his own. I also posted on Twitter a pic of me in said Man Cave... I'm not a huge self promoter, but it really pisses me off that someone would be so brazen and take credit for someone else's work.

I love this. Terrific work.
