  1. Stanford's 4 BCS rings! Great looking rings if you ask me.
  2. We all know Texas football has not been doing well, that still did not stop them from producing championship rings. Last year and this year they were in Alamo Bowl, they won it in 2012 and lost it in 2013. The 2013 ring is more of a commemorative ring for coach Mack Brown I think. It seems like neither rings have the year on them either. (I remember last year some fans were upset that Texas has scooped so low that they have produced rings for winning the Alamo Bowl. I wonder how they feel this year that they lost 30-7 but still did produce rings!)
  3. On January 10, 2011 with National championship on line, Oregon lost to Auburn 22-19 in BCS Fiesta Bowl, hence Auburn won the national championship. Commemorating the championship run, Oregon had this ring made with words "National Championship". Never seen a ring with those wording. Oregon won PAC 10 title in 2010 also, they had a different ring made for that.
  4. Stanford Rose Bowl ring. This seems to be a popular design this year. Celebrating last 4 BCS Bowl games Stanford has played in.
  5. No and I dont..,,don't get me started I am a huge Patriots fan. That Giants ring should not even exit....it should be the Patriots 19-0 ring, the largest, the heaviest and the greatest SB ring of all time! We will make up for it this year...adding Revis was all we needed, the next years ring will be Pats rings....not another one of these sissy small Tiffany rings....
  6. One of the coolest championship rings, truly unique from the rest, Montreal Alouettes 2010 ring. Much bigger than NY Giants SB ring
  7. Interesting how these two teams 2 Grey Cups rings are similar designs. I like both designs...just saying...
  8. I think it is a very nice looking ring, but Jostens just took last year's ring and changed the logo. Must have taken them all of 5 minutes to design it!
  9. I am thinkinging Tiffany's, white gold, 100 grams
  10. Thank you very much for the information, it makes sense they got it wrong then. Coincidentally there is a pretty high end replica of the 2011 ring on ebay for $3700.00 and apparently they will customize it. I had never seen a good replica of that ring. If I come across the real one for sale will let you know. Thanks again.
  11. Hey Sports-rings.com I was on your website, did you get the NY Giants 2011 SB ring? Do you know how many grams it is? I see a size 13, 14K ring listed at 92 grams, I don't understand how that ring can be so heavy. It seems the same size of 2007 ring or even Colts 2006 ring which are both in 70-73 grams. I saw a size 13, 2008 Steelers ring for 100 grams, I don't understand how could the Giants ring which looks half the size weighs only 8 grams less since both are 14K gold. Thank you in advance.
  12. Missouri SEC East and Cotton Bowl Championship ring along with Oklahoma State Cotton Bowl losing ring.
  13. Well it seems college football ring season is almost over, my 2 cents. I really like FSU National championship ring, kudos to Fisher to not go along with the recent Jostens “1” national championship ring and design his own which happens to be the largest ever. My second favorite is the MSU Rose Bowl ring. We first saw that ring for FSU 2012 ACC ring and many more followed this year, however I think the Rose Bowl wording on top just made a huge difference and made the ring that much sharper. In my opinion you should always be able to see the logo and wording on a championship ring with one look, Even though the wording on side are added bonus but by itself it was not enough. The 2 shanks were also utilized pretty good too, there is no need to occupy third of a shank with a year such as Ravens SB ring and most recent Blackhawks ring, I am amazed how much stuff they can put on shanks these days. I guess next will be SB ring and college Basketball rings. It seems most teams that make it to Sweet 16 and higher order rings these days, so should be plenty more to come although CBB rings are mushc smaller than CFB rings. Thank you sports-rings, Karl, championshipsportsrings, ridenlow, and everyone else on this board for sharing pictures and information, keep it coming.
  14. I really like the MSU ring. They have their logo and both Rose Bowl and Big Ten champions on top and side of the ring. We first saw this Josten's design last year's FSU's ACC ring but it did not have any wording on top. It has become a popular design this year. I really like the shanks too, ton of information on them. I am actually surprised MSU did not order 2 rings for Rose Bowl and Big Ten championship separately.
  15. Any news on SB ring!? Realistically who has a chance asides from Jostens and Tiffany’s? Jostens bought up all main competition in Intergold and Balfour. I guess outside shot for Herff Jones as they did Indy's ring and Pats AFC ring. Master's of Design/Harry Kay do the HOF ring but I don’t think they have ever done SB ring. With cost of gold and diamond I don’t think anyone can keep the prices at 5K and have the ability to piggy back off the publicity as much as Jostens does.
  16. I bought 500 tickets for Boston rings raffle...i want those 3 rings...however it is first time I see these ring raffles being open world wide....which drastically reduces our chances of winning.
  17. Great story about Dodgers 1955 W.S. rings by the legend himself, Vin Scully.
  18. Auburn 2013 SEC championship ring. Sorry, couldn't find any pics of shanks. Will edit and update when I do.
  19. ^^ Here is the shank, noticed the "BISON PRIDE", interesting design.
  20. I guess they were going for American Athletic Conference but ran out of space. Should have made 2 rings. AAC and Fiesta Bowl Championship rings. Unlike other teams that haven't won jack and still make rings, this team won a couple of things. Come on guys, it's not like you guys do this every year, tell your AD to get you another ring since Jostens is only charging you $300 per ring. Sell it on ebay if you don't want it, you can get a minimum of $700.
