You could put the Hornets against any team switching next year. The Hawks, Clippers, Bucks, Sixers, Raptors... Also, with all of these one(year)-off city pride jerseys, I'm sure you'll be able to find some that extend to teams that play all the time.

There were actually three ornithologically correct birds in the '90s-'00s, so you'll have to be a little more specific. Of the three, the most recent is the best looking. However, I'll always have a special place in my heart for the bird they wore on their caps from '89-'97, as it was on the first O's hat that my family bought me as a child.

I love their current look, and biasedly think it's one of, if not the best in baseball, but it's a shame that the ornithologically correct bird is (mainly) associated with the worst period of Orioles' baseball. (I said mainly because there were some good teams in the '90s, but 14-consecutive losing seasons is enough to tarnish those few good years)

The college football thread led me to say this... I'm not a fan of the St. Louis Rams' "Greatest Show on Turf" throwback uniforms. In fact, I think their current set is far superior, Vegas gold and all.

Growing up, I always associated the Lightning's look with that of the Hawks' look on The Mighty Ducks. For that, I'll always think black belongs in their identity.
