  1. We should see them for MNF against the Titans. Just hope and pray that that game doesn't turn into vs mono-aqua.
  2. This Rangers team is insane. Came out of a five day break, ran the Devils out of their own building to go to 12-2-1. We're first place in the Metro by five points with two games in hand.
  3. Never forget the stormtrooper Leafs. Thank goodness this game wasn't played in the daytime, or else our retinas might've been burned out.
  4. Ok. I just read it wrong. The @kaleb_girod quote mentioned both teams, that's where I got confused. But regarding the Ravens, out of their three pants colors, you like black the best? Hard disagree. Even if there were stripes on the black pants, I'd prefer to keep white and purple over black.
  5. Wow, the Vegas jersey looks plain. Hopefully it looks a lot better with the rest of the uniform. I've never been a big fan of revealing the jersey without the rest of the uniform, that was one of my main gripes with the Reverse Retro program. It's really hard to get a sense of what a uniform will look like on the ice when it's just a model wearing a jersey that's several sizes too large.
  6. Yeah, when they played the Broncos on TNF someone in this thread mentioned that the sleeve stripes and pant stripes don't match, which makes it infinitely worse
  7. I see helmets very simply. White jersey ---> White helmet Colored jersey ---> Either the jersey color or the pants color
  8. Regarding the Avs, you're talking about that one game in the 90s, right? I haven't seen any indication that they intend to wear their current blue helmets with their road jerseys.
  9. From what I've seen, one of the biggest arguments in favor of color helmets on the road is balancing the pants color with the helmet color. With that in mind, the colored helmets are not necessary for teams with shoulder yokes that match the pants color. Those teams should never wear colored helmets. They include: Anaheim Buffalo Calgary Columbus Edmonton Minnesota New Jersey St Louis Winnipeg
  10. Sorry. Don't see it. Still looks bush league to me.
  11. Rangers beat reporter says that the navy equipment is for the outdoor game, not a potential alternate. Which means that the navy jersey that was leaked a few weeks ago is likely the Stadium Series jersey
  12. This is actually ridiculous. They should've made it its own separate thing, like how the FA Cup doesn't count toward Premier League standings. If it's just a regular season game, no one's going to care that much extra about it. The only special aspect of the game is getting to play on a horrendously ugly court. I don't watch the NBA, so I haven't really been following along with this, but I can imagine that the fan reaction to this isn't too positive, either.
  13. Don't even get me started on the NBA. Can't even tell which team is which. Every team shoehorning black into their color scheme because . The dumpster fire that is the in-season tournament courts. The fact that these teams continue to wear their horrible alternates deep into the playoffs. I don't even watch the NBA and it sickens me. The NBA's aesthetics are beyond saving.
  14. Until they wear literally any other combo besides mono-color, the worst offender by a mile is the Arizona Cardinals.
  15. https://news.sportslogos.net/2023/11/17/diamondbacks-unveil-four-new-uniforms-for-2024-exchange-sand-for-teal/baseball/ According to the article on this site, it's a cream color.
  16. Green pants! This should contrast very nicely with the Bills in their proper home uniform. Thank goodness we're not getting or black leggings again.
  17. Good. The rare mono-color combo that the players don't consider to be
  18. I always found white uniforms more interesting than color uniforms because you need to put more design into a white uniform: On a colored jersey, the color base can often carry the design, but with a white jersey, it's not that simple. That's the reason why there are teams like the Rangers, Flames, or Sabres that don't need shoulder yokes on the home jersey, but their road whites have them. The Rangers jersey is actually the best example of this -- the blue jersey is beautiful, but objectively it isn't that interesting of a design. The blue color is what draws attention to this jersey. But with the white jersey, you can't just copy/paste the same design from the blue and call it a day, there really wouldn't be much to that jersey. Part of this is rectified by the space between the stripes on the sleeves and hem. One of the most iconic shoulder yokes in hockey ties everything together. It's my favorite jersey in sports. I'm fine either way with whatever color teams wear at home, but every NHL game should feature at least one team wearing white. Because they're often designed better than their darker-colored counterparts.
  19. Why are the Utah Jazz leaking it? Is there a connection I'm missing?
  20. Which is still better than their orange primaries, especially when they wear white leggings with them.
