  1. was not intentional, i guess in my determination process between white and red I missed that. has been corrected! thank you for catching that.
  2. Here is the Kansas Jayhawks. Now, I know there will definitely be some backlash due to the *surprise* return of the Trajan, however personally growing up in the early 2000's good or bad, I associate that font with kansas athletics and kansas athletics only. I am a huge fan of teams having their own typefaces, and some may prefer the block (i've got a draft with block font) I think that putting a brand out there that is recognizable is Important. For the Helmet: decal options include either the standard KU or the jayhawk head.
  3. some suggestions I could think of would be: more consistency with your lines as your main navy blue outlines are nearly 4 different stroke weights. As well as working on the eye, possibly adding a brow or more forward angle, right now it just kinda looks like it's giving a sideways thousand yard high stare.
  4. Next is the Arizona Wildcats. Like @Kevin W. said, I definitely believe that arizona has hit the nail on the head for the most part with there current set. I adjusted the shoulder and pant striping to match the alternating RWB seen in the helmet. As well as brought back the much worn all red alternate helmet. Thank you, and C&C always appreciated.
  5. also, looking at about 4 schools you gave the northwestern stripe, specifically Iowa. I would definitely suggest maybe something a bit different, given that they play in the same division of the same conference.
  6. The Rutgers set looks very nice! out of curiosity why chose to use the large block N for nebraska, and as well as the move to put the nittany lion on penn state's helmet?
  7. @jbird669 i believe he's aiming for the chrome effect, I dont think its purposefully red. however @udubfan19 I would definitely suggest playing around with your layers a bit more.
  8. Here is K-State. Nothing much to change, the classic phrase "if it ain't broke, dont fix it" absolutely comes to mind with the bill snyder classic set. I made a few minor tweaks, added a small silver outline along the numbers, and some silver on the white pant stripe. the big hitter in this would be my "faux" throwback, celebrating 115 years from Kansas State's first ever conference championship game in 1909. The uniforms were inspired by an old english K found on the schools baseball uniforms from that era.
  9. I added an alternate gray, similar style to the current. with a 2009, 2013 esq. inspired Helmet
  10. Up next is both Cincinnati and West Virginia. For Cincy I mostly kept their updated nike uniforms with a few personal tweaks. I found the UA striping to be one of the better unique designs in college football and hated to see it go away. I also went back to the drop shadow numbers seen in the early 2000's. Next is West virginia, with nods to arguably the greatest teams in recent era for WVU football. I went with a simple and classic wvu style, In addition a team wordmark on the chest, similar to their current "country roads" uniforms.
  11. presenting the Texas Christian Horned Frogs! I personally think the horned collar they have now is a very creative idea, however I dislike the large size, I shrunk it down to a collar design and brought back more of a 2001 vibe. I also brought back the sublimated frogskin patten on the numbers, as always C&C encouraged and appreciated
  12. Up next is Baylor! I started off with ditching the new color scheme in favor of green and gold, In doing so I brought back some of their more classic schemes ( I believe that a lot of teams had very good schemes from 2014 that get overlooked due to things like the egregious nike flywire collar and trying newer trends) . I got rid of the random shard stripe on the collar. going for a simpler look like they wear now, but with a few tweaks, I moved the bear head to the shoulders instead of the numbers. I rendered two concepts, one with the old athletic font and one with the newer one. Let me know what you think!
  13. Here is the Houston Cougars. I kept it pretty basic and clean drawing a bit from all of their uniforms the past 10 years, the collar logo is the cougar, I replaced the navy with the dark grey seen in the alternate. The alternate is a charcoal uniform based off of their 2017 alternate along with a "H TOWN" word mark inspired by the houston rockets alternate jerseys.
  14. I recently created this account. After stumbling back into the concept forum a few months ago, I've been checking in and figured it would be good to start giving design a shot again. I was under the former username of @spartan lover- . Which, (with parents who didn't know how to use the internet well) I had created at the age of 12 back in 2015. Looking back my old concepts are god awful, but still this board gave great C&C and gave me a sense of belonging (most likely just assuming I was an illiterate adult, or a child) I am now currently in my 20's, and was previously going to school for digital media, I've run into a bit of a personal rut and decided to get back into habits of things that brought me joy, uniform design being one of them. with a lot more experience and a brain that doesn't think wearing a 2013 all neon nike outfit was peak fashion. I'd like to give some things another try, for my own sake. Thank you! Shortcut: Now, here is my *new* Big 12 conference concepts. Nike vapor untouchable template by @LAWeaver I started with Iowa State, to start I got rid of the weird black for black's sake, on the home collar and got rid of the alternate all together. I am also a giant personal fan of the 2008 cyclone logo and wish the school would have utilized it more, especially within the football program. So I brought it back. the shoulder has the 1980's cyclone sublimated. Lastly the alternate is my take on the jack trice uniform that they've created as alternates in the past.
  15. ah okay! I definitely think that's a cool concept
  16. Definitely think the darker burgundy with the gold is the best option.
  17. Like stated by a comment before me, would love to see you do some different stuff, outside of the box. Maybe play around with alternate logos for the hats, or turn specific striping into pinstripes, just a suggestion. Everything definitely looks very clean though!
  18. for the dominican republic's shorts stripe, are they alternated on each leg? or is it like a front and back of each leg? besides my question, all of these look pretty clean!
  19. really nice concept! I honestly think the deep navy that they wear now is the better choice as a primary. would love to see it switched while keeping all the other colors the same?
