It doesn't need anything, but it might look better with something in there.2. I think your 8s are upside down. The bottom circle should never be smaller than the top circle. EDIT - maybe it's an optical illusion - are the circles the same? Even if so, I'd make the bottom one bigger just so there's no doubt.3. I think there is too much white on the sleeves. It doesn't look bad on a computer screen, but I think in RL it would have a candy-stripe effect. I'd make the orange larger, or insert some aqua in there. Making the orange larger would keep consistent with the numbers though in that no white touches green. Actually, try making the bottom white part aqua instead. It would create a shoulder-stripe effect, and match the pants a little better. Talking about home jersey here - haven't considered road yet.4. You kept the blue in the logo, but then didn't use blue anywhere else. I would do one or the other - either work the blue in somewhere subtle, or get rid of it from the logo. Darker aqua would work just as well and not require editing anything else.5. It's hard to see how that NOB font would work on real names - I'd probably be a little more conservative there and just use regular block. Also may want to post samples of the rest of the numbers - the 2, 3, and 4 specifically. I don't really like that font. It just seems too plain and boring, it might work as a nascar font, but not NFL. Try looking at conrad's fonts (there are a ton in there).3.
