Wild Winger
Uh, by my count, we were THERE. Unlike your beloved Ducks.... Injuries made us miss the playoffs, but we will come out in full strength this year. If there is a this year. And no offense to u at all, believe me. But, I hate the Habs. What was with the booing of the U.S. Anthem at one of the plaoffs games, I am still ticked about that.
jkrdevil
Kariya shouldn't be up there becuase he doesn't get back and play defense well, and defense is the most important part of the game. You can't win if you don't play defense. Look at the 2 teams in the cup finals this year, both had offense but there scorers could also get back and play defense. A couple hundred of people are very loud when most people in the arena are being silent. Plus, if you want a greater explanation, PM me.Anyway, back on topic.I'd say it's down to Forsberg and Iginla. Scott Neidermyer is up there too....

Wild Winger
Scott is 10X better then Rob. What about Adam Oates or Steve Thomas when they were Mighty Ducks. Steve Rucchin is pretty tough. Giggy can be at sometimes too.

MidwestEagle
Out of pure loyalty to my beloved Canucks..(I know, I live in kansas) I have to pick Naslund, but only because I had a 100 goal season with him on NHL 2003...lol

CJR
What are Datsyuk and Richards doing on there when Iginla and Forsberg aren't?No way Pavs should be on this list. The kid has got to learn to get around a check. He's got some incredible skill, that's for damn sure, but he gets stopped too easily by a big hit. He's learning to take the hits well and hit back but he needs to be able to avoid them altogether. Zetterberg's further along in regards to that than Datsyuk is. Shmee
Peval Datsyuk will be, in the future, the league's top scorer. But not yet.Barrett Jackman will be, in the future, the league's top defender. But not yet.My vote went to everybody's favorite undersized megastar, Marty St. Louis. He's easily the best player on that list. However, if you'd been smart and put Forsberg and Iginla on the list, my choice would have been much more difficult. The world's foremost practitioners of professional tag-team wrestling.
