OMMF Posted November 13, 2004 Share Posted November 13, 2004 Honestly, and this isn't a homer talking cause I couldn't care less about the Mariners, but I think Seattle is going to be way more active and go after bigger names than Valentin and Sexson. Ownership and management have made it clear they have learned from their mistakes the past few years and, imo, will go after a big name or two this offseason. Like Delgado to the Marlins, Kent to the A's, Radke to the D-Rays, and especially Wells to the Phillies (I highly doubt he leaves his hometown of San Diego).
