Royals Insider Posted December 1, 2005 Share Posted December 1, 2005 The Royals will still have a black alternate jersey next year. To clear this up this is what I've heard from a team official. The Royals will have five Authentic jerseys next year including the BP jersey. The BP jersery will not change. The primary home and road jerseys will no longer be vests. The gray road jersey will have Kansas City in script instead of block letters. Both the gray and white jerseys will have blue piping on the sleeves. From what I've heard the Royals will wear blue undershirts on the road under their gray jerseys. They still will have a black alternate but it will say Kansas City in script instead of Royals. Mike Sweeney is wearing the new home jersey in the video on the right side of the Royals homepage and John Buck is wearing the new road jeresy on www.royalscorner.com.
