scottywazz
So, I was looking at pictures from last night's game and noticed something on both the back left of the Rangers and Maple Leafs helmets last night. The Yahoo pictures don't really give anything in great detail, but I was wondering if anyone knew or heard on the broadcast what they signified, if anything. Chazberg
I also noticed a circular logo on the back of the Kings' helmets last night as well, not sure if it ties in. charles-noerenberg.com
bmoak
The helmet insignia is in memoriam to Chief Dennis Ryan, the longtime Head of Security for Madison Square Garden, who passed away recently. The basic design is a sheriff/law enforcement star with a shamrock in the center. Can't find a scan of it, though.
