away-the pattern on the stripe appears on the Chief Illiniwek logo, so I decided to approximate it and put it to work

The Illinois set is sweet. I'm not only lovin' the "chief stripe", but the V stripes are genius. This is the best yet, and that's not because I'm an Ilini fan.

And are those cream/white stripes on the red Indiana clash kit?

I don't know any of these schools, so it's hard to say what's too much etc, but the Illisnois Home is a beauty.

If it were a footy jumper, I'd reckon the Indian Chief would go aobve the numbers, but that's just what I'm used to.

I'm not going to do them on the footy template in my sig, though I have done one or two, but the one's I've done look good on a player.

illinirox: thank ya...as I mentioned, I figure what I have planned for Michigan is just about the only thing that would top that set. shoot, it's my favorite of the bunch so far and I'm a Badger fan...and about Indiana, yeah I decided to use both cream and white mainly cus I wanted to avoid using black (except for obvious black teams like Iowa and Purdue). seeing as the football team used black trim for many years, though, it actually woulda been a good idea to use it.

Day 8, set 8...Penn State. basically, my goal was to keep this from being boring, though I may not have succeeded.

it's day nine, which means set nine-Michigan State. I had actually thought of using a cape motif here, but I ran into two problems: spartans likely wouldn't wear capes, just armor; and not counting the silver used by the basketball team, I only had two colors to work with-green and white...hence, I scrapped that plan for now and went with stripes.
