TFoA
...is with the Bobcats. He has become part-owner of the Charlotte Bobcats along with Bob Johnson (the guy who created BET) and Nelly. Word is he'll have some sort of managerial job for basketball operations. Anyways, good to see MJ going back to his North Carolina roots.
zer0dotcom
Makes more sence to me this time, compared with being an owner in Washington

SouthSidePride
The NBA is doing ok, but it is good to see the man who made it what it is back.He might suck at being a GM, but he is Michael Jordan.Just, no comebacks this time. Eye
I think he can almost gaurnuntee he will be a GM Who knows how he'll do. Maybe he'll be able to evaluate good players. Look at some of the draft picks Elgin Baylor has made. They've drafted pretty good players in LA, it's just not his fault that they get good with other teams. DG_ThenNowForever
Jordan wasn't a terrible GM. He was able to get rid of some pretty terrible contracts in Juwan Howard and Mitch Ritchmond. He traded what was considered a role player in Rip Hamilton for a one-time franchise player in Stackhouse. He traded for good contracts that left room for Grunfeld to sign Arenas. He acquired size in Etan Thomas, Charles Oakley and Christian Laettner that had the misfortune of being injured, too old to be good, and unable-to-be-judged player, respectively.Of course, his biggest mistake was drafting Kwame. The players Jordan could have taken included Pau Gasol, Tyson Chandler, Richard Jefferson, Zach Randolph and Tony Parker. But really, if you look at Kwame today, he certainly looks like a franchise player. He looks like he should be as good as Kevin Garnett. Unforunately, he's lazy and has a bad attitude. Jordan just plain missed.I think that had he stayed as a GM and not come back to play, there would have been a lot less pressure on that team to win and win now, and perhaps things could have worked out better. But if you look at what the Wizards were as a franchise in 1999/2000 and what they are now, you have to give a lot of credit to Jordan for creating cap room, revenue, and cachet. 1 hour ago, ShutUpLutz! said: and the drunken doodoobags jumping off the tops of SUV's/vans/RV's onto tables because, oh yeah, they are drunken drug abusing doodoobags
