They subbed off Thierry Henry, one of the best penalty takers in the WORLD4. Zidane was booked late in extra time, had he stayed, what was the likelyhood that France was going to score in the final 10mins anyways, the game looked destined for a shootout since the 80th minute.5. If Zidane was to take a penalty, he would have taken in place of Eric Abidal or Willy Sagnol, both Abidal and Sagnol made their penalties. Thank you. If only it would have prevented them from winning the 1979 World Series. Damn. Now THAT was a baseball team.
