Chris Henry, Justin Miller, AJ Nicholson

Give credit to the Bengals for cutting Nicholson, but the fact is they should have never drafted the guy anyway.

And Henry's still on their roster - but probably won't ever see gameplay as a Bengal if Goodell extends his suspension.

And Justin Miller? Can you be a bigger idiot?

It's clear that as harsh as he's been thus far, that Goodell isn't getting to the morons of the league who don't know how to be proper law-abiding citizens... but how do you?

I know I've put it aside as a minority of those in the league... but this is staring to become a little embarrassing, don't you think?

On a serious note, yeah this is getting sad. You'd think that they'd get it after Pacman got axed for the whole year, and you'd ESPECIALLY think Chris Henry's blockhead would get it. That's just amazing right there, how he continues to get into trouble.

Start doling out mandatory 8-game suspensions, with an option for full season suspensions dependent on transgression and/or prior history.

Zero effin' tolerance. You get arrested, you're on suspension. And tell the Players' Union and Gene Upshaw to stick it.

You may have not noticed this, especially since it's buried deep as a small link on the NFL page of ESPN.com, unlike when the original (false) story broke on the front page in big BREAKING NEWS headlines:

"Kentucky confirms Bengals' Henry didn't fail test"
