My dad interviewed this guy last spring for a television show about minor league baseball that his company was producing. When it became apparent that the Nationals were likely going to be the team to give it up to Barry Bonds my dad was actually rooting for him to be the pitcher that served it up to Bonds.

i always liked Bascik, and i hope he gets a chance to pitch for the Nats again. maybe if the injury bug hits AGAIN, he will.
