TBGKon
I'm thinking about getting a few soccer jerseys and I was wondering if anyone out there can give me a heads up as to how they fit. Do the fit like any other shirt would or are the snug? I want to get one online, but am afraid if I get it that it will not fit the way I'd like it to. Any help would be great. slapshot
Speaking from experience, Umbro's kits are pretty accurately sized to their North American descriptions. I have an XL '06 World Cup jersey and it fits nice and loose, but not like a Manny Ramirez jersey.I also have an XL '06 Italy kit by Puma, and it is snug. Puma intentionally made the jerseys a snug fit, and it feels tight in the back of my shoulders and along the sides of my rib cage, depending on the range of motion of my arms. capsfan1000
I have an umbro Sweden and an adidas Djurgordan jerseys. Both jerseys were bought in Sweden as warning. Sweden jersey is an L and it is pretty acurate to what american sizes are. The Djurgordan is also an L, however to me it looks like halfway between an american L and XL. hope this is helpful
Don
i recently bought a DC United authentic by adidas as a large, and its kinda snug but not too tight. im 6' 140 lbs. you can take that as a measuring stick. FiddySicks
I've got a Adidas Chelsea jersey that I wear more than any other jersey I own because it fits so much more like a T shirt than any other jersey I own. FiddySicks
Any insight on Nike, I'm leaning towards a Team USA jersey of some kindUm, not soccer jerseys, but I know in the College replica football jerseys an XL fits me perfect, where a reebok NFL Large fits me comfortable, but just a bit snug, and the XLs are ridiculous they're so big. So I'd guess that Nike runs just slightly smaller than Reebok. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. fiasco!
I have 3 Adidas Newcastle United XL jerseys. 2 of them fit right, the other fits like a large. That one came from England. LinkedIn
