Trevis Meseroll
My work is going to put in a "coffee" shop and are wanting to create it's own logo or brand identity... I'm not getting paid for this at all and I'm in the marketing department... So i thought i would put together some ideas, i believe the word "Bahama" is a thing or theme there hitting for... If you guys could critique my ideas and possibly throw in a few ideas that would be cool... ThanksTrevis
oddball
The second one is clearly better. I would loose the palm trees and put in beans to replace them, or nothing at all. I think nothing might be the best bet to give it a professional clean look.

andrewharrington
But it's too much like Starbucks. Why not try something really simple and elegant instead of a shape logo? I still don't have a website, but I have a dribbble now! http://dribbble.com/andyharry [The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent the position, strategy or opinions of adidas and/or its brands.]

Thanks for all the advise, insight or what have you my friend... Keep it coming and shoot me some ideas if you all are bored at all... Thanks... Trevis Meseroll
Well i talked w/ the owner today, he liked my two ideas and said originally they wanted to have the name "Java Jim's"... So i created two versions of something w/ that name, it was for the owners father... ThanksTrevis
