GMW79 Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 I like the first one. The striping is pretty nifty. The number font looks a bit out of place on such traditional looking sweaters though. I don't like the second. Phantom shoulder yokes don't do it for me, and I find the gray numbers to be rather weak. There's something about the striping that seems soft to me too.Overall, however, I say good job! Morgan33 Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Both of these are miles ahead of anything the team is wearing now... not that thats saying much as the Avalanche are probably among the worst dressed teams in the league. Seeing how the 90's striping won't be coming back anytime and faux retro is the trend, the first concept would work great as the teams new Road with an accompanying Dark to match. Solid work.
