I know the NCAA will stay out of it because they crushed Penn State, then pulled back immediately, but they need to do something about things like this before another kid is permanently damaged by things like this. dfwabel Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 The school has had two fraternity house deaths since February 2017 with only the former resulting in charges against students, who were convicted. The NCAA isn't going to do anything, especially since the DA failed to charge anyone. More importantly, the state passed an anti-hazing law in 2018 which may have the state act and review the case.
