I've done so many within the last month.Here's an important thing you need to notice, though: It's not a Rangers concept despite having lady liberty on it. If you look closely, I replaced the R with an A from an the Rangers script. So yeah, I took the logo, changed the letters around, and gave it a patriotic makeover. C & C please. The only problem I have here is that the A in the NYA logo still looks a lot like an R. Try making the top of the letter come to more of a point to make it look less like an R.
