It's my first ever concept in photoshop, which is the main reason I wanted to post it here. The logo is based off of Texas A&M's logo. The biggest tweak I would make would be to adjust the angle of the sleeve stripes to be more parallel with the sleeve cuffs. They look odd at the current angle.Also, I think you have the numeral size backwards. Typically, the digits on the backs of the jerseys are bigger than those on the fronts. Lastly, I would raise the layer of the numeral on the front to be above the jersey seams. You shouldn't see that seam go across the "2" on the front.
