Frenchie Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Potvin's Leafs mask and pad set was partly responsible for me becoming a goalie. That set was beautiful.I agree, but the blue pads didn't look good at all with the Road jersey (at the time, folks). I hated the way that looked.I didn't mind the all blue look. IceCap Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Since a few of you noted Potvin and Beezer, what happens when someone pay them both an homage?Clemmensen's mask is one of my favourites in the League today.Though he has a cool variation of it too...Interestingly it seems like he's been paying homage to Potvin's design since his days in New Jersey...
