Ez Street
Ok, continuing with the State Hockey stuff, i've figured out rankings and a bracket. I used the Winning Percentage and Championships won to determine the rankings (Winning % then championships), that enabled me to develope a 32 team bracket. Now not all 50 states had pro hockey, in fact 10 didn't. So i took the top 32 and went from there. 31 teams had championships and good winning %. The 32nd team in the bracket was selected by having the highest percentage of Non-Championship states (New Mexico). My way of doing it may not please everyone, but i really don't care. So, now i will go "Region" by "Region" and everyone will be able to vote for the teams that advance. How you make your selection is up to you. I will produce a bracket soon using IronChefShark's State logos (Thanks Sharky), but there are a few he hasn't made yet so i will wait. Each round will have a voting period of 2 days.So here we go...........North Region 1. Virginia (.517% 4 Championships)8. Maine (.438% 1 Championship)2. New Jersey (.516% 3 Championships)7. New York (.445% 7 Championships)3. Massachusetts (.487% 2 Championships)6. Rhode Island (.454% 1 Championship)4. Pennsylvania (.468% 5 Championships)5. Connecticut (.455% 1 Championship) @DavidStreeter
jkrdevil
Interesting a rivalry in the first round (7)NY versus (2)NJ.My votes:(8) Maine(2) New Jersey(3) Massachusetts(5) ConnecticutAnd I assume that since this is sort of a hockey tournament that it will re-seed each round.
