It was cool but I always felt like it was too much. I think a proper alternate would be the way to go. Plus it’s just a different crest. Would be pretty easy. 

A close friend of mine is a chef for MLSE. He works primarily in the Scotiabank Centre (cooks for the Raps and Leafs but also cooks during dinner in the Hot Stove Lounge restaurant) but does the odd thing at Coke Colesium. 

He's been there since the ACC (as it was known) first opened. He has a staff ring for all MLSE championships. So Raps, TFC and, Marlies (The Argos last championship was before they were owned by MLSE). They aren't the full blown bling-fest but they are nice none the less and somewhere between the ones that are given out/sold to fans. 

Yes, to @dont care's point, my friend would not have won or lost a championship for either of those teams but he's part of the "process" even if it's only making omelets for the Raptors or the pre game meal for the Leafs or Marlies. He played a very small part and it's nice they recognize him.

I’m sure that dropping GAM, TAM, ect will make it easier for the casual fan to understand MLS as well. 
 

At this point it’s time to just have 1 type of allocation money but I assume that won’t happen until the CBA is up. 

I’ve made the point before that the antler just needed a tweak. 
 

is this a bad helmet? Not in my opinion.

That said, giving up on a unique look and just going back so something familiar just screams “we can’t be the Eskimos anymore but we are” to me. 
 

I agree that the antlers were not perfect but I’d have liked to have seen some effort to make that look better instead of just reverting (sorta).

Yeah I found that with TFC too. Primarily playing weeknight games too plays a factor.

I definitely think a refresh of the brand, though, is a smart move. They never got the color balance right, and the crest carries an awkward shape.

A refresh would be great. Dropping the forced FC (that really no one uses) and coming up with a better crest would be good. 

This better not be like Montreal. If Sounders isn’t part of the team name; just :censored: right off.
