The Bruins-Penguins could both do jerseys from early 90s. Bruins black meth bear and Penguins white robo-penguin. These jerseys actually overlapped for a couple seasons. I also want to see Swayman and Ullmark go full Moog/Lemelin with their gear and masks.

Nope. Don’t like it. I get that it should look good but I just don’t like it. The Canes should be predominantly red, that includes pants.

Definitely look like 02 Canada dress up. I always thought they should match the white with the home jersey. It’s actually VERY close to the same design as the originals just cleaned up a bit and a little more traditional. I’ve posted the concept before so shameless plug to illustrate here with a video game model: I also wish they’d stop with the black in the playoffs. The home jersey is their best one and feels like they don’t think so. Wasn’t there rumor of that changing soon?

Has anyone ever put the Canadiens’ or Canucks’ logos as their captains patch too? Lol

I actually like the Leafs jersey. The blue ARENAS is kind of pointless but whatever. I agree If this is paired with tan or whatever pants and gloves it could be fantastic. Reminds me of one of sparky’s concepts.

Are there people that don’t see it? That was my first thought when they came out.

I saw a video on youtube, not sure who, where the guy had some info from some teams, and had Orion Taylor make concepts for each team based on those or just what he wanted. Good video, but the Bruins one was with a little info stating they're trying to decide between the Pooh Bear or a white version of their old alternate with the current bear logo. EDIT: Oh so it was the Post2Post guy. my bad.

Well I mean have two teams, not four. This year each team had a blue and a white jersey so they could make sure one team had the other no matter which divisions advanced. I much preferred East v West or even North America v World. Revisit the fantasy draft maybe? Full teams, normal game. Then each team has one uniform and you won’t have weird mismatching pieces like this year. If sticking with the 4 division format then 4 uniforms that any could face each other would be cool.

All star jerseys are nice, but uniforms as a whole, not so much. Need to go back to simpler format so there’s just two uniforms.

Dallas wearing these in warmups makes me want them back.

Whether reliable or not, here’s hoping. I can see them doing that jersey in Avs blue and burgundy pants. Seen plenty of concepts that’ve done that and it looked awesome.

My favorite is the pre-edge set. Once the red one came out that was it. One of the best jerseys. Out of the Flames’ current unis I like the road the best. Overall the set looks great with a darker red, but the homes still just make me think of “red Bruins”. I think they could really pull off a set that has black in a lower position in the hierarchy, but not just throwing it onto the current uniform. Allow for my shameless plug to illustrate what I mean. Justin Nahhas made this concept as part of a huge series and I really liked the color dynamic. Makes for a fiery look just fine and would be a slick alternate. Sorry for poor quality. I had it saved on my phone.

Agree with going back to the classic design for the Devils, including the unique shape to the shoulder yoke. Devils had some tiny details that really made the old design cool - like the yoke and the black finger tips of the gloves. As for an alternate I’ve always thought variations of something like this would be the way to go for a black alternate. Something different but still traditional. I also really like this version of the logo. I forget who did it, GFB? Credit to who ever it was though.

I liked the Bruins alt at first but it’s kinda boring. The white version idea is something I tried in the Concepts area because it would be a more direct throwback and would be something a little different from what they’ve done in a while. I definitely want to see them do something different though. If they could come up with a good new bear logo that’d be a great start.

Small detail but UNH has new collars for their uniforms. They’ve used the Y style collar for years and looks like they switched to a V with the triangle insert. old: new: Hard to find a good image, but I see it as a downgrade.

I’ve seen that Pacific tribal logo before. Think a tshirt design but I think it’s pretty cool.

I go back and forth on the Sharks “best look”. They had two such distinctively different looks in their original jerseys and the pre-edge ones. If the edge jerseys used silver instead of orange maybe it would have hit differently. The pre-edge does carry an identity with it the most out of anything they’ve had. not too long ago I made this concept to go back to the pre-edge look and simplify the home. Frankly you could use either logo too but put the current one on it, using the old fin on the pants again.

I still think this is the way it should be. I made this for my ideal set to use in NHL 04. Credit to @StPatty33 for the logo.

The silver really sticks out with the switch to blue and looks too dark. More importantly on the roads. Don’t think it’d make sense to change the silver to blue, so add blue so it at least ties the whole thing together. change the white cuffs on the gloves and it would be easier to get on board. These small incremental changes aren’t helping. Do the whole thing at once.
