  1. Less travel and available stadiums -- IIRC they own the Rangers old ballpark, plus the Alamodome in SA, and the lease with the University of Houston must still be in force.
  2. Does anyone have a complete list of the ASG/Warmup uniforms through the years?
  3. I think it's New Era -- '47 gets it right pretty consistently. That said, they do have one with the same improper B, but if I recall correctly, that's from the one year (ironically, I believe it was 1947) where the Dodgers switched to Boston's hat supplier, and it got mixed in, but was never the official logo:
  4. New Era and Nike will never get that B correct will they?
  5. 1998 ASG leaned on Purple and Green as well: Hopefully this is testing the waters for a rebrand, the green looks so much better than the black they were going with. Plus, only the A's are using green so it would be nice to add a little diversity to the color schemes in the league.
  6. Armed forces day caps are up: https://www.mlbshop.com/armed-forces-day/c-2346026371+z-929949-2387404665?ab={wt-static_graphic1}{pt-Home}{al-ASpot}{ct-ArmedForces} Still using a fashion camo pattern, rather than anything issued by any branch.
  7. Honestly, make the front of the jersey say Astros and I'd take this all the time...
  8. I kinda wish they had used the prototype W hat for the nats:
  9. It looks like the Nats City Connect may have leaked on DHGate: https://www.dhgate.com/product/23-nelson-cruz-2022-cherry-blossom-city-connect/758696721.html?d1_page_num=7&dspm=pcen.sp.list.6.QATOStvg8v1JpDaicGTR&resource_id=758696721&scm_id=search.LIST..@.M3D18|3|0|unrerank|7_4|ER-B|newes.#s7-4-1;searl|1408409089:6
  10. Yes, but more batters are right handed, so the left will get more screen time
  11. Who's going away? Skydome is getting renoed, Tampa maybe going away hopefully, and Oakland is going away one way or another. Anaheim was floated but I don't see it happening, Kaufmans last reno was amazing, Dodger and the Cell aren't going anywhere...
  12. Yeah, Camden really shows it's age in the concourses. I can't think of another "modern" ballpark without the open concourses at this point.
  13. Anyone have a link to the 2022 ST hat leak?
  14. https://mobile.twitter.com/MLB/status/1394296516295204868?s=19 Well....these are bad.
  15. The Lakewood BlueClaws are rebranding themselves as the Jersey Shore Blue Claws and unveiled a new logo package: Only the home jersey has been unveiled so far, with the rest to be revealed at a later date. More details on the look here
  16. Yep, I cannot wait till MLS gets out of Yankee Stadium. It destroys the field and it just looks awful with those faded soccer lines on the field. Plus I hate seeing the MLS logo given equal billing to the Yankees all over the place - even a lot of the cups only say "Yankee Stadium" on them now instead of being the cool collector cups we used to have.
  17. Not quite a sports logo, but any way someone could do these? EDIT: Adding this one
  18. This is what they deem official from 1946-1980: In 1968, this one became an alternate primary mark, and then became the official primary in 1981: Well, that's closer, at least. I wonder why they had two versions of the same logo for thirteen years? Was it a question of phasing out the old one but not replacing it where it was used in signage, etc? Or was the new one used for print applications where the simplified nature helped lower costs? This is basically it. I can actually remember seeing it as recently as 2008 in a handful of places around the old stadium. I love the old version of this logo, have a few shirts with it on it.
  19. Really?? That's good to hear. How long ago did that happen? Have they fixed the NY Giants stuff too?
  20. The proper Brooklyn Dodger cap logo. Currently only the Red Sox modified B is up. It should be this one: Clearly, at least one manufacturer knows this, as 47 Brand sells several items with the correct logo: \ They do mix in a few inaccurate items though: Still, they're better than New Era, who insist on using the inaccurate Red Sox B with the notch cut out, or the Bakersfield Dodgers hat:
  21. I think you nailed it, Ren. Amazing work as always. I tried to find a 1920s NFL logo to go with it, but sources appear to be inconsistent. Does anyone know what the league was using back then?
