  1. Solid concepts man! Minus the pants stripe, that all-grey Air Force look is money. I like the ND look as well, that could definitely work as a one-off look for them (sorta like their game against Wisconsin this year).
  2. Georgia Bulldogs 2.0 I really like the Dawgs' throwback jerseys, so for this iteration I blended that look with Georgia's proprietary number font to make a sort of "modern throwback" look. I also introduced a set of white pants, and trimmed down the striping on the red pants to make them the same style as the classic grey pants.
  3. Vanderbilt Commodores Vandy has a great color scheme and branding to work with, but IMO their last redesign fell a little flat. Classic case of overcorrection, from a loud and flashy design to one that's overly simple and generic. I tried to strike a balance between the two with my design. Anchor logos make a return and are placed on the shoulders (a la Clemson), while TV numbers move to the sleeves. Number and name fonts are slightly modified from stock. I also brought back white pants, black helmets w/ and oversized "V" logo and anchor & chain design running down the middle, and added a couple alternate looks.
  4. Bonus: "City Connect" Sets With all 32 teams covered (plus additional sets/tweaks to some of them) I turned towards Major League Baseball for some inspiration. This past offseason, MLB introduced their City Connect series. Whether it's playing off a team's history, historic uniform design, or the colors/flag of the city a team calls home - it's basically a one-off series to mess around with different looks. I made a few sets (both home and road) for couple of the most storied franchises in the NFL to start with: the Chicago Bears in the NFC, and the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC. I may add additional ones, or make this into its own series; we'll see how these are received/how motivated I feel. Bears set uses the colors/designs of the Chicago city flag, and uses the secondary bear head logo in place of the classic "C" on the helmets. Pittsburgh sticks with their classic design, but uses a dark grey "Steel City" color in place of gold. Primary logo also uses grayscale colors to match the vibe.
  5. Florida Gators 2.0 Pretty much the same as my original Gators concepts, but with a few tweaks. Striping on the primary uniforms now uses the 5-stripe pattern all around (including the helmets). I also added in a couple new looks: an all-black "The Swamp" alternate, as well as a throwback set.
  6. Missouri Tigers 2.0 Bonus version: 3 different alternate sets utilizing the oversized tiger logo helmet and tiger stripe pattern unis.
  7. Missouri Tigers Blended the new school and old school styles together for this set. Primary home/road sets use the classic Northwestern striping pattern w/ modern numbers and name font. Alternate look utilizes the iconic all black, oversized logo helmet with my own take on a tiger stripe pattern for the sleeves and pants. Helmets (in all 3 primary colors) can use either the classic logo, Missouri "M", or oversized cat logo, which gives them tons of options to mix & match looks.
  8. Texas A&M Aggies Not much to say about these. Adidas did well taking A&M back to their classic look, they're just about perfect as is IMHO. I made a few changes, which included tweaking the number font/typeface to a more classic block font, and making the A&M logo on the helmets a little less obnoxiously huge. I also added a grey alternate set which play off the previous-gen uniform style.
  9. Awesome concept! This is definitely a massive upgrade over their current set. I like your helmet idea, but I do feel like the last design in the set (solid gold color throughout) is definitely the one to use. The Jags have a rough history with their two-toned helmet experiment, and those kinda designs rarely look as good on the field as they do in pictures.
  10. Arkansas Razorbacks The Razorbacks' traditional look works well, so I went to that full-time for these concepts. Added in a black alternate jersey w/ white numbers/maroon trim to complete the set.
  11. South Carolina Gamecocks Keeping things moving in the SEC, we come to the Gamecocks of South Carolina. Love that they went back to the classic style uniforms for all styles (which I think is easily superior to the previous-gen ones), so most of the changes I made were subtle. Changed the style of numbering to traditional block lettering throughout, updated the chest scripts, and changed the collar striping pattern from 5 to 3 stripes. "Black Magic" throwback/alternates become the primary home look. White circles are dropped from all the garnett and black helmets, as a simple white outline is cleaner. Biggest change is the introduction of an all-white alternate set, which uses an old-school style number/font pattern and makes uses of the secondary "SC" logo. This set also takes styling cues from the South Carolina state flag, utilizing the palmetto tree/crescent moon combo on the sleeves and front helmet bumper.
  12. Tennessee Volunteers Tennessee's uniform design is arguably a little boring... and it arguably doesn't matter, as it's really their unique colors that make these stand out. They're also a historic football program with a tradition of success (their all-time record is 850–402–53 as of time of this posting), so it makes sense to not make any huge changes. I pretty much leave the primaries as is, switching to a single stripe look throughout and dropping all remnants of the checkerboard experiment (the pattern looks great in the end zones, not so much on the uniforms IMHO). I also added a Tennessee state emblem decal to the pants. Alternate look is a head-to-toe blackout look.
  13. BYU Cougars Great classic look that lends itself well to mixing/matching different uniform combinations. You could just as easily leave these as is, but if you're like me (i.e. things just NEED TO BE symmetrical)... then it only makes sense to carry over the Northwestern striping onto the helmets as well. Primary home and road looks use the classic navy/white scheme. Alternate sets are based heavily off this year's update, which give them some more royal blue and white looks.
  14. UCF Knights, Version 2 (Big 12 Edition) In light of the recent big conference realignment announcements, I thought it would be appropriate to revisit the Big 12's newest (future) member, the UCF Knights. (Cincy, Houston, and BYU to follow in due time. Along those same lines, I should probably update Texas and Oklahoma to include SEC badging... but one thing at a time for now). For this look, I added a couple of alternate jersey sets and a gold alternate helmet featuring the UCF Pegasus logo. I also added Big 12 badging to everything. It'll definitely be interesting to see how the balance of power shifts in the Big 12 over the next several years... losing 2 marque schools definitely hurts, but gaining 4 new good ones definitely will make for some interesting competition.
  15. Ohio State Buckeyes 2.0 For this go round, the "modern throwback" design featuring the iconic sleeve pattern becomes the full-time look, with a Buckeye decal substituted in place of the classic Ohio State "O" on the collars. I also brought back the all-white alternates featuring gunmetal grey helmets and black & red buckeye decals from a couple years back. Hopefully these hit the sweet spot between modernity and tradition.
  16. Arizona Wildcats The Wildcats did well to go back to their classic "Desert Swarm" look this past offseason, which IMO was a definite upgrade over the previous-gen ones. However, if I have one criticism, it's that they're almost a little generic (there's a whole lot of teams who use a 3 stripe pattern with plain block numbering). As such, I basically made a "modern classic" type look which combines the classic Desert Swarm design with a different number font and Arizona's proprietary font for the player names/helmet details. I also brought back red alternate uniforms, and navy helmets, to give them some different looks.
  17. North Carolina Tar Heels Love UNC's gorgeous color scheme and iconic argyle stripe pattern, so I used both judiciously in these sets. Striping pattern stays consistent across helmet, jersey, and pants and mirrors the pattern found on the basketball jerseys. Alternate look is an all-navy set, colored to convey a sort of "photo negative" effect (this one would look awesome for night games). I also retained UNC's excellent throwback uniforms as a fourth look.
  18. Stanford Cardinal Love Stanford's classic colors and the overall cleanness of the irlook; if I have one complaint, it's that their unis are a little little too simple. Like they're trying to be Alabama, without being Alabama (if that makes any sense). I added some striping to the pants and TV numbers to the sleeves to fill out the look a little more. Also dropped the black trim from the numbers, as I think they look better with just white and cardinal. Black alternate uniform gets reworked as well.
  19. UCLA Bruins Fresh off their upset of LSU, I hop right onto the bandwagon that is Chip Kelly's UCLA Bruins football team. As this is a program steeped in tradition, I didn't deviate too far away from their current look for this set. Main changes I made were incorporating UCLA's secondary "B" logo into the look, and introducing a gold alternate jersey. I also resurrected the all-white look from their Under Armour days.
  20. Arizona Cardinals v3.0 For this version, I dropped the TV numbers from the primary uniforms and substituted a bichromatic version of the state flag on the sleeves. Number font is changed to a cleaner, monochromatic font, pants go back to a simplified 3 stripe pattern, and helmets stay as is. Alternate uniforms are a black jersey with 90's style Northwestern stripes on the pants, and a "City Connect" style set with desert sand colored helmet/pants and a jersey made of the state flag colors. Finally, I made 2 versions of a "modern throwback" uniform (for lack of a better term) that combine modern elements with the Cardinals' classic templates.
  21. This is the money look for sure. Perfect blend of Arizona's new school and old school.
  22. Really digging those K-State concepts! Love what you did with the sleeves. Being a school steeped in tradition, I think it's unlikely Kansas State would ever change their primary uniforms... but these would work great as an alternate look.
  23. Northwestern Wildcats 2.0 For this version, I modified Northwestern's current uniforms (stripes across the chest) to also include striping on the helmets and pants; I think this really helps the colors pop even more. Also added an all-white alternate featuring the Wildcat head logo, silver trim, and a "Wildcats" wordmark across the chest.
  24. New England Patriots v1.5 Keeping w/ my original concept, only substituting the primary Patriot head logo in place of TV numbers on the sleeves. Also added in a second alternate jersey using red numbers and a navy blue helmet based on the Betsy Ross flag. Patriot Pat is resurrected for the throwback look.
