Ravens, in my opinion, are the next prime candidate for a redesign, along with the Bills & Eagles, since it sounds like the Broncos, Lions, and Texans are already in the process. Ravens are due.I think the Ravens and Texans are fine. I'm afraid that whatever re-design they'll have be a step down from what they are. We've seen how bad it's gotten with the Jaguars. Maybe just a tweak like the Panthers would do.

The NFC has the 9th home game next year. The NFC North team will host an AFC East team who they finish in the same place as, in 2024. What are the chances the Jets and Packers finish in the same place?

I thought Denver's current uniform was good when it was under Reebok. But with Nike it doesn't have the same charm. Same thing with other teams.
Since Elway is stepping away from the organization, this is a good time to leave these uniforms behind. Resurrecting old designs and modernizing them is the trend now. I'd like to see the Broncos white jersey and orange pants that they used in the old days.

Burrow, Herbert, TLaw are the next three. I'd wait with Tua.
Herbert has more that he needs to prove. His team also needs to help him out.

I mentioned this in the Cardinals thread, but I suppose it got lost in discussion-
The NFC West is the first division to have all 4 teams with new Nike uniforms. (SF minor adjustments count).
Broken down by division (changed in bold)-
AFC North
Ravens
Steelers
Bengals
Browns*
AFC East
Bills
Patriots
Jets
Dolphins*
AFC South
Texans
Colts
Titans
Jaguars*
AFC West
Broncos
Raiders
Chiefs
Chargers
NFC North
Packers
Bears
Vikings
Lions
NFC East
Cowboys
Eagles
Giants
Commanders
NFC South
Saints
Panthers
Falcons
Buccaneers*
NFC West
Seahawks
Rams
49ers
Cardinals
*- Denotes teams that underwent two uniform changes under Nike
• The AFC South has the next closest chance at getting all four with Houston’s rumored new set coming next offseason at the earliest.
3 of the teams in the NFC West have a wordmark that isn't on the chest; Rams, Seahawks, and Cardinals white jersey. All teams in the division still use a wordmark on their jerseys. The other divisions where all teams have a wordmark on their jersey is the AFC and NFC East, but in the NFC East the Cowboys' navy blue jersey has a wordmark on the chest but not the white jersey.

These new Cardinal uniforms are hit or miss. But it's definitely better than the now previous set.

Can't believe the Cardinals are doing all this for a team who's star safety just requested a trade and for a team with a ceiling of like 6 wins
Or a QB who isn't that good.

Looks dumb to me. 52 should be a middle linebacker, or a center. There's always been defensive linemen in the 50s (especially ends that were quasi OLBs... the predecessors of the Edge position) but they were usually the exception rather than the rule.
Feel free to "OK boomer" me, but I liked looking at a random player and having a pretty good idea of what position he played or where he belonged on the field.
Is that what they call a competitive advantage? Sucks for those who got by on that.

If Carolina is in fact switching uniforms, they will have NEVER worn a colored jersey with the current uniform set against the Texans, who they host this season. I really hope that game is scheduled in November or December so that Carolina wears black (assuming that is still the default home jersey color).
I hope Houston at Carolina does get schedule in December or November.
Are the Panthers getting new uniforms? Or is it just rumor/speculation?

How about Aaron Rodgers on the Jets? I'm used to him in a Packers uniform.

The 49ers have replaced Jimmy G with......Sam Darnold.
Does SF let all the 3 QBS they have battle it out for 2023?

The fact that the Lions describe their last uniform update to be subtle and say this next one will be more significant is a very very very very bad omen.
Be afraid.
As long as you have a fence or wall to block them, it should be okay.

This looks fantastic. I'm a huge fan.
Whoever is the AFC representative should consider the trend of the white jersey in the big game.

I wish the white uniform were these.
A modified version of the uniforms prior to the late 90s is probably it.

Why did the NFL become so allergic to conference logos? This shouldn't be so hard.
On the end-zones? Maybe because they aren't necessary now.

The Arizona Cardinals are the Super Bowl host team this year. 3 of the 4 remaining teams in the playoffs have played the Cardinals. The 49ers, Eagles, and Chiefs. If you count the preseason, Arizona played the Bengals in the preseason. Many Super Bowl host teams have had an opponent who they played during the same season play on their home stadium for the big game.

I would love for the NFL to have a balanced schedule. Some teams having 9 home games and others 8 is a competitive disadvantage built into the schedule. I know 17 is a stopgap to 18 or a significantly expanded international program, and I think they should get there sooner than later.
Players will get more worn down than they already are. The league needs to do something like expand rosters and availability.

If the Bengals wore the white helmet with the all white uniform in the snow that would be something. This is where the term icy white lives up to its name, if it's in a snow game.

Man would those teal pants would look nice right now. NBC broadcasts are so sharp and something about that late afternoon start time really creates a cool atmosphere. It’s just a shame the Jags look so bland.
You can count this as an unpopular opinion. I liked the Jaguars mustard uniform they wore for the color rush. It went well with the helmet they had at the time.

I really wish the 49ers still wore this uniform! I loved the red facemask!
I like that better than the current design. The current uniforms, the regular red and white (not the throwbacks), are overrated.
The 49ers won't go for it, but I want them to wear their white jerseys against the Cowboys when they are scheduled to meet in the regular season this next season.

This got me wondering if there's ever been a Niners-Cowboys game with the Niners in white and Cowboys in blue. Sure enough...
There was the game in 2008, but that was in Dallas.
Besides the 1979 game, this was another Cowboys blue and 49ers white in San Francisco. A preseason game in 1987.
The 49ers used to wear white at home in the preseason.

Buffalo should still be the favorite in the AFC East. I think the Dolphins are better depending on what happens.
