I'm never expecting anything great when clicking on a minor league baseball rebrand/new uniforms thread and these are no exception... Gradient sleeves, shoulder yokes, weird piping, gradient sleeve stripes? No thanks.

A terrible rebrand with incredibly stupid elements. Ugly claw marks all over the logos? Red pants with a white jersey? Weird two-colors wordmark on the away? Tiny wordmark with unnecessary claw marks on the reds? A :censored:load of ugly hats? It's like they've been told "we don't want to look corny as and change our name to the flying dancing bears" but ended up being able to sneak just enough crap to ruin to whole thing.

Brandiose at it once again. What a :censored:show...

I was thinking the exact opposite. This era mashup really stinks...

I'm kinda bummed that they forgot to come up with a fifth hat...

The moose is more than alright compared to their current atrocity... It has to be a top 3 worst in the CHL.

I'm sincerely happy for the Cubs but Lester (and even Lackey)? It might be the right uniform for Cubs fans but Cubs fans only...

I don't know why but Canadiens fakes always seem to be the worst of the bunch. The pinkish silky logos and colors are never even close to the real thing...

I'd say they're pretty good. Far from great but pretty good. The number font is bringing them down a lot and I still think they feature way too much black but otherwise I tend to like these more and more every season (especially since Arizona came out with their clown suits).

Oh boy! I think we all forgot how much it sucked...

These aren't drab at all. Nike has made the Rams drab. They were looking gorgeous in metallic gold with gold pants.

You said it yourself, supply and demand. They simply couldn't charge the same amount if expansion/relocated teams were actually awarded to cities who care because these cities are normally close to other profitable markets which would logically add to the supply. Split Quebec's market in half, put another team in Ontario, one in Milwaukee and there won't be any "rooftop" seats selling for that much on a regular basis at nearby arenas. I live five hours from Montreal and can't afford to bring my father in law (who is the most die hard Habs fan I know) to a game since it would cost me around $400 for two last row tickets on Saturdays not including gas and hotel yet I paid $45 for two sixth row Panthers tickets last October. If the Nordiques were around, let me tell you the Habs wouldn't be able to raise their tickets every season with their :censored:ty team, supply and demand as you said...

I'm :censored:ing tired having to pay $200 for last row weekend games tickets up north to compensate the losses of the teams who stay stuck with their $20 lower level tickets... The NHL is doing well because they totally ruin people who actually care about the game to be able to give away four beers, four meals and four tickets packages for 60 bucks to southern folks who don't give a :censored:. I'm not excited at all that my team will have to raise prices once again to finance another lame duck franchise through revenue sharing.
