  1. 2011 MLB Game 162 was the most satisfying moment as a sports fan that I saw.
  2. Louisville Slugger Field is my favorite minor-league park (been there around 10-20 times) and is probably one of the top 10 minor league parks in the nation.
  3. Congrats to Lamar Jackson on a much-deserved Heisman Trophy (First in Louisville History)!
  4. The Cards now secured the biggest win in school history!
  5. As much as I love Teddy, I say that Lamar Jackson is most exciting Louisville QB I have ever seen. Also, this game might just put Lamar as the Heisman front-runner right now and even make the Cards playoff contenders (if they can beat Clemson and Houston...which is very possible BTW).
  6. What a performance by the Cards today! #Lamar4Heisman
  7. Seeing the VT-Tenn game in Bristol and it was crazy to see how big the speedway was and how quickly the field was constructed (10 days vs 25 days originally). P.S: College Gameday is finally going to Louisville at last!
  8. Doing great in his first two games this season but still needs to beat FSU, Clemson, and Houston to be a true Heisman contender (and that's from a Louisville fan).
  9. Louisville 2017 National Champs confirmed...LOL.
  10. And he did in the first half as well.
  11. My God, Lamar Jackson is a monster tonight (School Record 8 TD's and 405 all-purpose yards)! P.S: It's against UNC Charlotte though.
  12. I would also note San Francisco (Chinatown, nuff said) and Houston (Yao Ming) as well.
  13. Hey Mr.Nascar, I would like to request my favorite pokemon, Cloyster (All 3)
  14. Here's my picks: MLB: New York Yankees- The pinstripes are an instant classic and the brand is massive which make them the best identity in the MLB. Honorable Mentions include the A's (Green and Gold), St. Louis Cardinals, and LA Dodgers. NBA: Boston Celtics- Outside of the alternates (which I don't like on them), their identity hasn't changed much at all since the Bill Russell days and with the NBA modernizing the uniforms, seeing their uniforms are a breath of fresh air. (HM include the Kings, Lakers, and Spurs). NHL: Detroit Red Wings- Like the the first two teams, they haven't changed their looks very much and their identity still looks great even in 2016 (HMs include the Pens, Sharks, and Preds) NFL: Minnesota Vikings- Purple and Gold never looked so good with the most recent rebrand yet it has all the charm of the older Vikings uniforms. (HM's include Raiders, Colts, and Packers).
  15. Favorite: NBA: The nicest I went to is the Amway Center in Orlando (my first ever NBA game). I think it is a surprisingly nice arena and we got good seats to the game. Least Favorite: I would say Sleep Train Arena in Sac Town but thank goodness the Kings finally get a new arena. MLB: Favorite: Great American Ballpark: Definitely one of the cooler ballparks in the NL Least Favorite: O.co Coliseuim: As much flak the Trop gets, at least there is no sewage leaks at the Trop compared to the Colisieum. NFL: Favorite: Lucas OIl Stadium: It is my favorite sporting venue and has everything a great venue should have; looks, charm, design, etc. The only issue is that I've never been to a Colts game in Indy...yet. Least Favorite: FedEx Field: Just so boring and move the Redskins (eh, I mean Washington Football team ) back to DC.
  16. I live around Louisville. Louisville Men's Basketball (Our unofficial "NBA team") Kentucky Basketball (There are tons of Kentucky fans in Louisville) Louisville Football Louisville Bats (Minor League Baseball team) IU Basketball (anywhere north of Louisville) Indianapolis Colts Louisville City FC (Our new soccer team) Cincinnati Reds Indiana Pacers St. Louis Cardinals
  17. Here are my favorite teams: NFL: Indianapolis Colts- I've been supporting the Colts as long as I've been alive and the Manning era solidified my love for the Colts. My favorite all-time Colts are Peyton Manning and Bob Sanders (for his heart on every play). I suffered through constant playoff losses in the early 2000's and then the Colts finally beat the Patriots in the 2006 AFC Title game (still had memories about Marlin Jackson's INT) and won the Super Bowl. Even when Peyton left, my support hasn't waviered at all. Minnesota Vikings- I support the Vikings as my #2 team is that the Vikes fit what I like in a #2 team and of course, Teddy Bridgewater. MLB: Tampa Bay Rays- I have been a Rays fan even before 2008, but was too shy about it due to the bandwagoning Red Sox fans (and their futility). When 2008 happened, I finally showed my true support for them when they made it to the World Series (and then lost ). I've always loved the way the Rays keep winning despite their lower payroll against AL East rivals especially Boston and New York. So my favorite Ray is easily Evan Longoria because he has meant so much to the Rays franchise (2011 Game 162 comes to mind) and is the first true "superstar" the franchise has had. I've also like Kevin Kiermaier and Chris Archer. Even though I have been to a Rays spring training game and to Tropicana Field (in a tour), I still haven't been to a regular season game in St.Pete. Cincinnati Reds- Closest MLB team to where I live and been to a few of their games. NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins- I am a huge fan of Sidney Crosby and Mario Lemieux (and also their history). NBA: Orlando Magic- I was already drawn to the Magic due to players like McGrady and Dwight Howard in addition to staying in Orlando during spring break when I was little so I was constantly watched the Magic. Also, I love the old Orlando Magic uniforms that they wore in the 1990's by stars like Shaq and Penny Hardaway. My favorite player from the Magic is Nikola Vucevic with Penny Hardaway and Victor Oladipo in the Top 3. Finally, I went to see a game in Orlando on March 29 of this year and the atmosphere was great actually (even if it was against the Nets). NCAA: Louisville Cardinals- When you live in Kentuckiana (area in Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky), you either pick Louisville or Kentucky (especially in basketball). So I chose Louisville and looking back, I have made the right choice and been to many UofL sporting events even if I didn't attend there. My favorite UofL athletes are Russ Smith, Teddy Bridgewater, and Jeff Thompson (attended my high school actually). Minor League teams: Louisville Bats- Local professional baseball team in Louisville and I attend as many games as I can. Louisville City FC- Local soccer team and I desperately want to attend a soccer game there.
  18. Your concepts looks good so far and I wonder what Louisville might look like?
  19. This. It's a travesty they dumped purple. I agree. I would love to see someone make a mock-up with their old colors. EDIT: Someone made a mock-up with the roundel. I'm not sure there's a need for the extra colours of grey and red. That looks amazing and that proves that the color change wasn't necessary.
