  1. What a cluster. At this point in time, why even bother? It's not even competition anymore. Mismatched schedules, alignments, and rosters. Resembles the WHA, USFL, WFL, and ABA; and we know what happened to all of them.
  2. It could be as simple as coming up with a script to say Spiders and be done with it. The hats and "Cleveland" roads could stay the same.
  3. I agree with you 100% I noticed a big difference in the Cyclones attendance over the past couple of years. If they make it through it will surprise me.
  4. So basically minor league hockey is on its way out, just like baseball. Sad.
  5. Gonna be an interesting year in the ECHL. I could see a handful of teams going under this year. Whether it be from not playing, or from playing and not making enough money to keep things going. Gonna be hard for Toledo to make it through the season with Ohio's strict guidelines. They are only allowing 300 people into the arenas on game day/night. That includes players, coaches and staff. 150-200 fans are not going to foot all the utility and operation expenses. I hate to see this as it could be the demise of the ECHL. Not very many owners in this league have deep pockets. The AHL on the other hand should be fine for the most part, where as most teams are owned by their NHL affiliate.
  6. What I was hoping as well. Simple name change and they can keep the same helmet.
  7. If only they would slap a pink goatee on that panther and pay homage to Texas' best metal band. Texas Panteras
  8. I would like to have my account deleted. I will no longer be following "pro sports" and wish to have my account erased. Thank you.
  9. If you move the Wildcats to San Diego, the Renegades to San Antonio, and the Vipers to Orlando then you don't have to worry about the AAF. All three would produce more fans/following than what XFL 2.0 had.
  10. Looks good. I think a Saints/Titans swap would work.

  13. I believe you are going to see more of this as time goes on. Teams who have been on life support are going to be lucky to survive. We could very well see contraction in the NHL and MLB. As for the NBA, I don't know, I don't follow it.
