    And if I recall correctly this stadium the teams had to share the sidelines.

    Correct, San Francisco shared a sideline at that time, but I think ion recent years when the Redbox Bowl and Cal Football played there they figured out a way for two sidelines to work.

    I kinda want to change my name, but that's my hangup.

    I was always split on a name change, since ive had this on on here for a LONG time.  It was the last place where i used it, and I havent really been an Astros fan since high school/early college.  Figured it was time to make a change with all of this Astros controversy.

    I did add formerly...to my member title.

    the NFL doesn't even do this. The Bears and Steelers do have black helmets and facemasks, but on the rare chances that they play each other, one of them wears white.   Earlier this year, the Cowboys and Lions played each other, and while both have gray helmets and facemasks, the Lions wore blue jerseys and the Cowboys were in white.

    The Bears have black helmets?

  4. - Watching the Rays clinch a spot in the World Series against the Red Sox in 2008.  I only saw it on TV but it was a great feeling.

    - USF football in 2007 and their climb to #2 in the country.  That game @ Auburn was unreal going to OT.  I was at the West Virginia at USF game the week after and I have NEVER heard Raymond James Stadium so loud.  I could barely hear myself talk.  The season didnt end the way is started but it was a fun ride.

    I took a look at average MiLB attendance figures for this past season, 7 out of the bottom 10 have the same names as MLB teams, two of the bottom four being the Blue Jays.  Granted they are all in the low level leagues, but they don't generate any excitement.

    To be fair, one of those bottom 4 was the Dunedin Blue Jays.  They were forced to play in a municipal high school stadium due to primary stadium renovations, so their 2019 numbers are low for a reason.

    Am I the only one getting full page pop up ads for some insomia treatment? I also had one a short time ago for some other medication.

    I've seen them on my phone as well, now on the laptop.

    By the way -- it isn't a re-direct. It just appears over the page. When I clicked on the link to get the address, it vanished.

    2 more times just now for the full screen insomnia ad. Frustrating in that it closes easily, but then takes you to the top of the page you were on, not the post you were reading.

    Im getting these types of ads in desktop, but for the Florida lottery.  Guess it varies on subject matter, but the ad style is getting frustrating.

    Ugh.  I hope this is an elaborate fake because these are 100% hot stinkin' TRASH.  Why would they use a 90's template with the cheap mesh when there are so many better options?  And the XFL on the right chest, logo in the middle, and nothing on the left is super dumb.  Super disappointing if true.

    It’s a prototype, so I presume the left chest would have manufacturers logo.

    As a Houston sports fan and resident, this is okay, might invoke some nostalgia in older folks, but it just feels really generic. And i feel like some of the really thin lines/strokes are unnecessary. Also, using 'luv ya' blue and red but NOT giving it to the Houston team is a major headscratcher, esp when they chose to go with the colors of the already established NFL team.

    Personally I thought the AAF logos were better executed.

    Pretty sure using the Oilers blue and red with this logo may have skirted a trademark issue a little bit, so rather than a possible issue, they avoided that issue.

  9. II figured up until yesterday that Tampa would have red somewhere in the logo, but in the end i think they were smart to avoid Buccaneers colors.

    Overall, they did real well with these identities.  I'm a little iffy on Defenders and Guardians on the roster since they kinda sound like the same thing, but the identities represent different themes.

    A battlehawk is a military helicopter. It's used by three branches. Which city on the list has a base nearby that might house some?

    Actually all 5 use the variants of the Sikorsky H-60.  The Battlehawk was a armored variant of the Army's Blackhawk H-60.

    Army = Blackhawk

    Navy = Seahawk

    Air force = Pave Hawk

    Coast guard = Jayhawk

    Marines = White Hawk

  11. If I were to guess...I sense some color shading in the video images, so i tried going that route on a few.

    Blue and White wing = fighter pilot and plane engine = St Louis

    Three greens and yellow = swamp and leaves = Tampa Bay (ugh, theyll play in a stadium full or red seats and probably have no red even as an accent)

    Teal, blue, green, orange = crashing wave and reptile eye = Seattle

    Red, black, orange = cityscape and fields = Dallas

    Black and gray = statues = New York

    Red and white = oil refinery and sparks = Houston

    Light blue, black, and red = Tattoos and Bikers = Los Angeles

    Gray, red, white, blue = Marines and Cavaliers = Washington

    Im not guessing names but this is what Im going with.  Lets find out how close I got.
