WTF? Really WTF. WTF?

Check this gem out that popped up in my Facebook sidebar. From www.ice-hockey-jerseys.com, it's a 2011 Tampa Bay jersey...sort of...ish...almost.

Can anyone identify the two fonts at the top? The one that "Beautiful" and "Birthplace of Aviation" are set in, as well as the Ohio logo. What The Font came up empty on both (not enough characters in Ohio, and too run together in the other to identify). What team do people associate Bertuzzi with? He was in Vancouver for most of his career, but when you've played on 6 different teams(4 since Vancouver), does it really matter? He shouldn't even be in the league anymore. I'm sure the Moore family agrees with me. *Side note: My fiance and I were in Colorado in October visiting some friends, and we went to see the Wings-Avs game. He still gets booed by Avalanche fans every time he touches the puck.

I have no idea who that is. Pat Burrell. The only thing he's legendary at is striking out and banging every cougar in the Deleware Valley. I've heard some very interesting stories from a girl I met that used to hook up with him. I was going to guess Dean Cain...
