Not as much as the Eagles.  An anonymous player told a reporter that they're pissed off about how much better the Cowboys play design is than theirs, and how the Cowboys plays are designed to get the ball out of Dak's hands quickly, while their plays take 10 minutes to develop and result in fire drills where Jalen either gets sacked or has to motion for guys to go somewhere they weren't supposed to.

That's pretty much unheard of for this team in the Sirianni era, and especially with Jalen Hurts, who is among the best leaders I've ever seen.  That's clearly a shot at their overmatched OC, and a potential sign that they're falling apart.

I don’t think you watched the end of the Seahawks game. They were dysfunctional and you had DK Metcalf ripping people’s heads off, and then a few plays later try and fight the whole team because they got and interception.

The 3 biggest games on LSU's schedule they lost. SEC wasn't very deep this year either. Idk it wasn't a good year for the Heisman but I would of given it to Penix.

Penix had the better team, Daniel’s had 1000 more yards, and 17 more touchdowns.

Did defenders punch at the ball as much in like the 90s and before? I feel like DBs punching away at the ball in a receiver or RBs hands is something you see on nearly every possession, but I don't remember it being as much of a thing when I was growing up.

It became a big thing with charles “peanut” Tillman setting records for forced fumbles by a db with his “peanut punch” now every CB has copied it

LSU’s Jayden Daniels wins the Heisman.

Statistically it checks out, but he’s the first Heisman winner I can remember without a notable victory or “Heisman moment”

Did Tebow have a “heisman moment” the year he won?

I’m just imagining Tomlin being pressured into resigning, if only so they can keep the “we don’t fire head coaches” charade going.

Funny enough, Tomlin is only one part of a much larger set of problems that have plagued the Steelers for years. Like their QB rotation being and a negative organization culture. Watch them go 8-9 though, blame the results on injuries and Matt Canada, and continue as if the core isn’t in decay.

Even if he doesn’t he only has one more year on his deal. All they have to do is not extend him and watch the contract expire. It’s not firing someone technically

Just noticed a 49ers uniform inconsistency from Thanksgiving night in Seattle:

There was a clip of Christian McCaffrey getting his helmet fixed that went viral:

But he has the wrong helmet. You can see that on the side of his helmet there's gold trim on the 49ers logo, as well as the primary logo on the front bumper. That's the primary helmet.

As the 49ers were wearing their throwback uniforms, they put throwback decals on the helmet, as can be seen with Brock Purdy's helmet here:

    How did this happen?

Considering they are adjusting the helmet, his original was probably broken and that’s a backup helmet that the decals were never changed on

I don't even mind the IST to be honest, it is something different and I always saw it as NBA's answer to the FA Cup in soccer which connection came immediate since I also enjoy watching soccer

The FA Cup isn’t just premier league though, it’s teams from nearly every level of English play, also FA cup games don’t count towards the tables. The inseason tournament is a complete fabrication. There is no benefit to the teams, and minimum impact to the players making a few extra bucks.

I'm pretty sure the Bengals hand-painted their helmet stripes until recently, so there was already precedent for NFL teams doing the same.

They still do hand paint them, to get technical, they tape the stripes on a black helmet and paint it orange and peel the tape off leaving the black shell underneath showing the stripes.

Getting real tired of the "rolled up waistband" look. Can the multibillion dollar sports league let these guys tailor their short length to their liking? It looks terrible

They can and they do, this is purely a fashion statement like the undershirt skirts in the nfl.

    Well the under hit!

Iowa wins 13-10 after yet another inopportune quarterback turnover for Nebraska.

Matt Rhule ends his first year 5-7. Pretty whelmed with his first year. Defense got a lot better, offense got a hell of a lot worse, mainly the quarterbacks. He’s never been a year one guy, so recordwise this is right where I expected us to be.

Problems are pretty obvious, so I guess we’ll see if Rhule can fix it.

    He’s not a year 2, 3, 4, or 5 year guy either
