Black on red is always a tough contrast. I could see the logos and numbers being okay because of the size but there's no way the names are going to be visible at a distance, especially football stadium hockey distance.
You say that like anyone will be reading the NOB’s in any game other than close up shot

This article implies that this isn't the first theme.
It acts as a "suggestion", not a requirement, but it's cool nonetheless.
“will honor the racing origins of drivers, owners, team members, and NASCAR as a whole.” can literally mean anything. Kyle Larson can drive the first hendrick win car, while Byron drives a iracing scheme, Elliot drives one of his dad’s schemes, and bowman races a scheme for Chad knaus and it would all fit that “theme” and that’s only one race team. They just put the “grassroots” name to it.

Alright, I guess I'm in the minority, but what's with the hate? At least it's something different.
Different doesn’t mean good.

I heard that the "theme" for Throwback Week this year is drivers' pre-NASCAR racing history. Obviously not every team is gonna stick to that theme but it should make for some fun throwbacks.
This would be the first time that they had a theme because in the past it was throwbacks to all eras, series, ect. You’d have Joey logano in a car based on a modified from the 80’s running Byron into the wall in a car based on a cup scheme ran in the 2000’s

Florida State is still a top 20 team. Cal will get killed.
According to who?

If FSU has a 2001 Canes like season time to bring a bunch of ambulances for Cal. Could be a bodybag game of the ages
In other news: Jim Harbaugh goes from a Michigan man to a Southern California man.. Not THAT Southern Cal. But still coach a team from there as he is going to Inglewood to coach for the Chargers.
For which team? FSU will be a husk of themselves next year

Nor do I. People are losing their minds over cutaway shots. Would they prefer more cutaways to drunk guys acting like buffoons in the stands? More cutaways to some coach talking into a Denny's menu on the sidelines? Taylor Swift is a huge star. If I were directing those broadcasts you can bet your ass I'd be using her for cutaways.
Watching Jason Kelce being a drunken buffoon was the highlight of that game.

How many teams are going to hire doc rivers as this basketball savior not realizing he’s actually a bad coach who only won one championship because of the big three, not him.

Rangers just blew a 2-0 and lost in OT to the Sharks to complete a 1-2-1 road trip. This is a five-alarm fire. Something needs to change here.
Do you know how many teams blow 2-0 leads, or have bad road trips. Just about every team. Calm down

Depends on if it’s silver or matte grey but that looks like a test car

I don’t know what it is about the dark horse but they just make the paint schemes seem so good

That looks phenomenal on the dark horse

Dollar Store Montana vs. the Walmart brand Patriots. Imagine the merchandising potential.
Who’s dollar store Montana? Purdy? Just because he plays on the 9ers and happens to be good? Have him win atleast one Super Bowl before we can start calling him that.

I just don’t know why you’d want to put your body through 9 years of college ball. He isn’t going to be signed by the NFL. He must have graduated by now and probably has a doctorate (if he doesn’t he’s been wasting his damn time). He isn’t getting NIL money or if he is it’s insignificant. If he just enjoys playing football then ok play for the UFL or CFL or arena. Just staying in college for no other reason than to play football makes no sense to me.

As a fan of BOTH, I can at least see Washington going in a different direction very soon. Anaheim, as we all know, have been rumoured for a change for years now and I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon.
As far as a team that REALLY needs a change, I'm going Columbus, Florida, and I'll say Winnipeg (in favour of the the 1990s look).
Now I'm going to divert back to the original topic...I think the last time a team in the NFL that wore an alternate was the Chargers in 2008. I could be wrong. Teams wearing alternates in the NHL is a very common practice thoughRams wore their white uniform in the the last Super Bowl they won which was their alternate that year. It became the primary away jersey the next season

Is that the only final 4 Miami has been to or do they only ever hang the most recent one. (Sorry I don’t want to look it up)

I’m not a fan of mclarens, I was excited at the beginning thinking the whole care was going to be painted, then see nope it’s another half carbon fiber exposed car. I understand the weight saving but you want me to believe the extra pound from paint or wrap or what ever makes that much of a difference you have to completely butcher the design of your car to expose the carbon fiber. I probably won’t like many F1 designs this year if this is going to continue to be the trend.

Absolutely, I miss having all those contingency sponsors on the car. They have to bring it back. The liverys just don't look like NASCAR anymore.
There is no need for contingency sponsors. NASCAR just made everyone who was a contingency sponsor and made them an official sponsor of nascar and made more commercials for them during the races. The jumbled mess of decals that use to be contingency sponsors did nothing but distract from the design of the cars paint scheme. The only reason people want them back is for tradition but not any aesthetic reason

I just can’t get over how good the dark horse looks. Even retro-esque paint schemes (the different colored hood) look phenomenal.
