  1. Before Super Bowl LIV, Fox never debuted new graphics at the big game. That was the first time they ever did so. It'll be interesting to see if they do it again this year.
  2. What about the logo? Is the alternate stick and flags logo going to be the primary and the primary storm logo getting phased out?
  3. If you win the Super Bowl wearing your alternate, you might as well make it your full-time uniform. (1994 49ers didn't get the memo obviously)
  4. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cc_Ch06plYa/ Right I was
  5. As I always ask this time of year, is there any word of which teams will use their alternate uniforms in the postseason? I'm guessing the Canes will use theirs for a fourth consecutive year.
  6. If I remember right, Fox used that lower right hand corner graphic for only their first week before moving it to the upper left their second week.
  7. https://www.espn.com/nhl/story/_/id/33444428/nhl-unveils-fresh-new-look-postseason-first-makeover-13-seasons-includes-reimagined-stanley-cup-logo As nice as this looks, it makes me think much too much of the Kings.
  8. All I really hope is that the ads on the jerseys will not have serious color clashes on any of them.
  9. Per their Instagram, the Penguins are confirmed to be wearing their gold alternate uniforms this postseason.
  10. What would that mean for the Hurricanes do you think? They're considering going to their black jerseys full time or promoting the flag logo to full time logo status? With how they've been all over the place with their logos and jerseys, it'll be interesting to see with them.
  11. NBCSN just debuted a new scorebug for Wednesday Night Hockey. With both the dissolution of the channel coming soon and the eventual transfer of NHL rights from NBC, my reaction to this is "sure, NOW you change it up."
  12. Honest question: To all the people who continue to gripe about the loss of unique Super Bowl logos, do the colorful and creative decorations around the stadium compensate for that? It does for me.
  13. You think if NBC were to have broadcast this game as originally scheduled, they would have revamped their graphics like they usually do?
  14. They got through Super Bowl XLI no problem, so there's no reason why they cant here.
  15. In my opinion, the great majority of college football uniforms from the year 2000 are infinitely better looking than what is worn today. And I was in 8th grade that season.
  16. Man, I wish NBC would use the same graphics for all aspects of their NHL coverage. It just looks so lazy and disorganized with two different sets in one broadcast.
  17. Why oh why has NBC not updated their NHL scorebug yet? I've said before that their package looks like a visually dissonant mixed bag.
  18. Fox never overhauled their graphics for any of their previous eight Super Bowls. They always went with what they used for the regular season. CBS and NBC are the ones that usually do this.
  19. Will NBC EVER update their NHL in game graphics again?
  20. NBC has new graphics for their Premier League coverage, probably based on their partnership with SKY Sports because they're quite similar.
  21. I've been asking this question all season. It should come in October.
  22. It looks like CBS will have a modified version of their Thursday Night Football graphics package for the Super Bowl.
  23. BUMP I really hope NBC fully switches to the graphics they have for Wednesday Night Hockey intros and commercial breaks. It just looks totally visually dissonant with both of them in use at the same time.
  24. FSN updated their hockey scorebugs to a box in the upper left hand corner with initials. They got this done correctly in my opinion.
